My advice: stay here with reasonable expectations. It's a 2 star hotel - don't expect luxury. Saying that, the beds were comfy enough, the room average in size (ie: big enough!), the air conditioner worked without being too noisy, the shower was more than adequate, rooms/bathroom were clean. What do people complain about? That the place is dated and showing wear - that is true. But again - what do you expect for 2 stars? The room was quiet and clean. But there was a homeless encampment right on the other side of the fence. There was hardly anything writhin walking distance. The halls and stairwells were shabby. Would not recommend.

It’s affordable and the location is good especially if you’re traveling with children. Across the river is OMSI and they have an outdoor pool. Breakfast is in the morning though the options are slightly limited for Hot options. They also have a bar and grill that is also affordable and it was tasty. The rooms are a bit dated, could use new carpet but the beds we’re comfortable and clean. Very small elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you may need to take multiple trips.
