I just got home and am finishing my lunch from today. I bought a taco salad and it is delicious! It had just about everything in it and was so fresh. I was so happy to see it had iceberg lettuce instead of that weed salad, you know, dandelion leaves and other bitter plants.I work up the street and have been testing out the local Mexican restaurants. When I say I ate 10 street tacos from her in one day, I am not lying. I have gone to her food truck 4 out of the 7 days we have been in the area. Amazing food. Great service. I will be going back soon. Most likely tomorrow. Thank you so much for the amazing food!
