Don't order online! I have never seen 1 sauce come with an order I have ordered multiple orders! I even pay for additional sauces! They don't even send the ones that come with the meals, that's why I figured if I ordered more, then I might get a couple?????????? The meal is dry and gross without the sauce??????? We already have to way over pay with Grub Hub, could they at least make the order right?????? I'm Done!!!!!!!!!!

Fucking awful dude . Ordered loco moco wayyyy too much gravy then the stupid bitch sits it on top of all the Mac salad so my hot food is now cold . Secondly I ordered the garlic chicken and they gave me teriyaki, I bring it back saying they got it wrong THEY TOOK THE CHICKEN BACK AND RE-SERVED IT after my hands were already inside of the food!! DO NOT EAT HERE health hazard all the way around. Horrible customer service lady had the biggest attitude for no reason smh and lastly way too much Fuckin gravy on the loco moco shit felt aomost passive aggressive. Nobody want Mac salad drowned in gravy smh. Won't ever be back here again

We love eating here. Wish I had found it sooner. Haven't had any issues and I've ordered almost everything at least once. The teriyaki beef and garlic chicken are my favorite! Good portion sizes. Great drink selection. Just remember it's not fast food. Wish they added a call in order option

Use to love this place but the past few times I’ve gone to this place the service has been horrible. Most recent trip, I ordered 2 musubis through their website. Went in to pick up only to be told that they are all out. I said ok could I get something else for the same price. They said NO. I asked for a refund. They said NO and that because I ordered and paid through their website I would have to figure it out myself. In no way, shape or form does this make sense at all. I will never be caught eating at this establishment again.

Ordered online and asked for 2 musubi, was told they had no more and werent making any and instead of offering a replacement or a solution they told me to just figure out how to get the refund myself. To which I couldn’t, so I lost out on my money. Only gave it 3 stars because the food is still good just wish they could’ve been more help

The 45 minute wait time is ridiculous! The no refills on drinks is unreal. The place is outdated and table and chairs are from like an old 80s restaurant. The service was slow, the food was bland and the chicken Katsu was over cooked. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Food was not hot or at least warm. Grilled chicken was burnt and chewy. Masubi doesn't taste masubi. 40 mins wait for a grilled chicken and Masubi. Tables wasn't clean,I had to clean my table. Sauce container is sticky to the touch. Inside was not clean.

Tooook foreverrrr. Here’s the thing, if they got my order right, I’d probably give 4 or 5 stars. How’re you going to take an hour and then still forget my sauces? It literally said I requested sauces on two separate parts of the receipt. Like dude… if you’re going to take a long time to prep and cook the food, take another 30-60 seconds to at least get the order right.

Last time I came to this location I ordered online. I always add 2 single scoops of Mac salad, on the side. I live an hour away, but wanted to pick up dinner on my way home from an appointment. I got home, no extra Mac salad. I tried calling the number on the receipt...never heard back. I lost $4 on that order. I decided to give them a second chance last night. I was on my way home and stopped by. This time I ordered inside. Placed my order, with the extra Mac, and sat down. 40 minutes later, still no order. I went to the counter to inquire. I was told they ran out of Shoyu chicken and had to make more. I told them they should let customers know when there is an issue. I sat back down. I overheard the person on the grill ask what I said. Then she said she never even got my order from the girl. Because of what happened last time I checked for the extra Mac. Again, not there, but there was extra rice. They finally gave me the Mac salad. I will never order from this location again. It never takes an hour to get my order from any of the other locations.
