This is one of my favorite food trucks, because the food is delicious and the women working it are so kind and quick. The menu is easy to read, they work with allergies and I've never had such tender tinga (a type of chicken). I always order a bowl, and tacos. I've also had the chiliajo which is a delicious red sauce pork. Always been happy with my food and the pricing is reasonable. I believe everything is gluten free which is a plus to me.

The chicken bowl was just PERFECT. No salsa needed- phenomenal flavor profile ?? tacos were 3 for $5- killer bang for your buck. Can’t wait to be back!

Super friendly, and sharing the love through every delicious dish. The pork mole nachos were so flavorful and massive I turned the leftovers into chilaquiles for breakfast the next morning.

My husband and I used to go to Kay’s I Sellwood-Moreland all of the time specifically for the mole! We were so excited to learn that the magical mole makers opened their own food cart!! We ordered the bowl, a mole burrito, a mole-less burrito, a quesadilla, and the nachos to celebrate visiting Sabor Tindureño for the first time, and everything was absolutely delicious. Plus, the owners are wonderful, and the bar is a great place to wait. Excited to make this a regular take out option for the family :)

I had been lamenting the loss of some of the best mole I'd ever had, which had been at Kay's bar in Sellwood. Today, purely by accident, I see a question on Google about Kay's and someone asking about the glorious mole burritos. The owner of Kay's answered the question and shared that the former cooks had started a food cart, and shared the location and name. Bless them, because I immediately placed an order and ran out to pick it up. I had that moment of glorious sensory memory when I tasted it again. Truly amazing. I cannot tell you how much I missed that mole. We bought more things than we could possibly consume in one sitting, and I have no regrets as I contemplate the leftovers in my future. If you love mole, give this place a try. If you haven't had it, it is well worth trying out what I honestly believe is the best mole in Portland.

By far the best and most authentic mole Oaxaqueño I’ve tried in the PNW!

The Chicken Tinga Bowl was spot on. When the Lady Chef smiled, I knew it was going to be good. Their red salsa was perfect with a bit of heat.

Ordered, showed up 20 minutes later and they were closed. No one to call to get a refund. An hour later i receive a text that its beinf refunded. No food, time and money wasted. Poor operations destroys businesses reputations and I cannot stress enough to not visit this place.
