One of the best Ice creams I have ever had around the world. I tried salted caramel and pistachio saffron flavours. It’s a must when you visit Portland.

The only reason I am writing this review is for the spectacular customer service at this location! We already know the ice is some of the best in the country.

I loved the ice cream! The flavors were very unique, but extremely satisfying! The customer service was amazing as well, everyone was so nice and helpful. And just so you know, you can have a sample scoop of everything on the menu.

Pretty good. Thinking it could use a bit more “umph” but other than that it was great! ?

I've heard so much about this ice cream, so I'm glad I finally got to try it.I really appreciate that they let you do half scoops so I could try more flavors. My husband and I split a double scoop waffle cone with:- Passionfruit Yuzu Mochi Donuts & Whey Curd- Pear & Blue Cheese- Arbequina Olive Oil- Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black PepperFirst off, this is the only place I have been with waffle cones as good as Jeni's, which was a pleasant surprise.Weird flavors are right up my alley, so I was in heaven. The strawberry balsamic was hands down my favorite because the flavor was so intense. The passion fruit one would be my second choice.I would happily come back, but there are many other places I want to try while we're in Portland too. Too much ice cream to try is quite the problem to have.

Ice cream is good, the flavors are loud, but the atmosphere is limited and not very welcoming.

Exotic flavors and everything was too delicious to choose. The employees are also super nice, they literally offer to let you try every single flavor with no problem, since they’re all so unique.

This place is just fun. Even on a busy summer evening with lines out the door the staff proactively engage people still in line and expedite those who know what they want while the curious sample the offerings. Good selection of vegan options, and no skimping on the variety. Seasonal items are creative and fun!

Salt & Straw is always a favorite late night spot. The snap and crackle flavor from last month was amazing but Mace made our visit worth while tonight. Loved his energy and generous spirit with our sample chaos. All two of us.
