I am giving three stars because I really do love this restaurant and the food but we are not going there anymore since they started charging a 15% fee for TAKEOUT. I have to physically go to the restaurant to pickup, NOT DELIVERY, and the restaurant is passing along this ridiculous cost. Super disappointing and greedy.

Sat at the bar Sunday evening and our bartender was fabulous. Loved her suggestions and was very personable. She recommended the pizza of the day and the Niçoise salad; both were delicious. Definitely will be back.

Serrato was great fun, good food, great service and good, generous drinks. We called and got in in 30 mins on a Friday evening at 7:45 pm. It was crowded and some folks seemed to need to yell at each other. Not quiet.

We had a magical time celebrating our adult son's birthday. The service was at the next level, the food was delicious, and the space and ambiance were so comfortable. The wine list gave us some great options as well. Highly recommend this place.

My recent dining experience at Serratto surpassed my expectations. As part of a work leadership team day, we went here for dinner. Our group of 5 were warmly welcomed into the restaurant, despite not having a reservation on a weeknight at 5:30pm.The staff graciously seated us in a quiet area, accommodating our lively conversations perfectly. From the moment we tasted the appetizers to the dessert, every dish was yummy! The succulent and moist pork, the daily pizza special worthy of nothing, and the unforgettable beet salad were just a few highlights. Each dish showcased the restaurant's fantastic chefs.Our evening at Serratto was made memorable not only by the exceptional food but also by the impeccable service. I highly recommend Serratto to anyone seeking a great Italian meal in the Alphabet District.

We sat at the bar for dinner. The bartender was terrific. He made me delicious N/A beverage and made sure our waters were filled. I had the scallops, which were cooked perfectly. We splurged on dessert and I chose the chocolate cobbler. It was delicious. I would highly recommend Serratto and will return.

We throughly enjoy our experience every time! The staff is very attentive and friendly. They answer any questions we ever have and the food is always perfect! I have been making my through the menu and nothing has been disappointing so far. I haven't found a favorite yet because it's all too good. Can't wait to visit again soon.

The server made me feel uncomfortable by being too close to me and made my date feel weird. The service was slow but the pasta was good, pizza was sweet and didn't taste great. The male server or chef was super friendly and brought the vibe back for me. The ambiance was more closely relatable to family casual dining.

cute restaurant. great for romantic dates. super nice service, great food. our waitress was fantastic and checked in on us a lot , even though it was a busy night. they all seem to work very well as a group and other staff, besides your server will check on you and box up your food etc. the place was filled with lovely people who were very genuine and happy to give great service. you can tell that the management cares about everyone having a wonderful time and fosters the environment in order for that to happen. my gf and I will be back .

WE had a lovely evening. The food was stellar nd very satisfying. We were sat by a french window, and it did have a draft with cold wind, so I am glad I had my shawl. The service was exemplary and very accommodating.
