I admit they have the best coffee. Although I usually have good experience here, it wasn't this time around. The toilet area was filthy, so I made myself wait till I got home. Bowl of clay chowder was forgotten on my order. I had to ask where it was. She apologized that she forgot. She brings me out a cup but says she will take it off my bill, but never did.

Horrible the service that the waitress gives, I arrived at 00:20 and she didn't want to attend me, she says that no more people will sit and on the website she says that the place closes at 1:00 am I hope they give me an answer because it is not the first time this happens and with the same waitress

We stopped for pie and ice cream. There were sketchy people coming in snd out of the gambling area. In addition there was a young man sleepying on the lawn and he was talking and arguing with someone that was not visible. Now I know this person need help but it was scary for me and my friend. The manager saw our concern and shook his shoulders and stayed that there was not much he could do. So for seniors it was not a great atmosphere. The pie and ice cream was good.

Dropped by for a breakfast after a long flight. All the tables were messy for time with sticky syrup and crumbs. All the tables within sight had this. Fortunately, I carry my own means to sanitize this. But still, that's something they should be doing! Waiter/waitress missed the mark this time and seemed preoccupied. Forgot my coffee. Didn't hand off my order to the next shift. Went home. Never got my drinks or our (other) refills. Finally, the replacement waiter was asked and he confirmed it wasn't passed down. Hmmm... yeah. But kindly, he offered me a complimentary drink. I'm not sure I'll be coming here again, as service has gone steadily downhill over the years.

I used to work there but honestly THE Workplace moral is EXTREMELY biased.... Based off of relationships within the company .. which is not fair because everyone should get a fair chance at everything that has to do with employment .. (promotions , terminations , etc)

You go to a diner for comfort food, and Shari's really does this right. The best part of this Shari's is they have a great staff on weekend mornings and you get great service, coffee is alwaysnful and the breakfast is a great price.
