The food was phenomenal. I had butter chicken, garlic Naan, and chicken and lamb skewers with a Mango drink. I'll definitely be back

A little pricey but a wonderful local place to get some amazing food. The serving sizes are big enough to fill me and my partner up when sharing a dish, though that may just be because we're two small people. While it's hard to mess up a mango lassi, theirs are still exceptional.

Oh my god. This was the best Indian food I’ve had in Portland. I’ll come back again and again. The lamb biriyani and butter chicken were delicious. Garlic naan - amazing. You can’t go wrong eating a meal here.

update: refund processed, no harm done, me and silsila are friends again.original review: i love a good mystery.that said, a genre of mystery i hate is "they took my money for an online order because their hours said they were open, but when i showed up the doors were chained shut and there was no way to talk to anyone or get the money back."friends have warned me that this place will randomly do this, but it's the first time it's happened to me and not them so i'm just now getting annoyed by it.if you take someone's money but don't give them any food, that's not actually a restaurant, so i give them no stars for being a restaurant but five stars for being a terrible mystery.when they're open and you get 'em on a good day, though, food and service are pretty good.

If you’re looking for authentic Indian— Punjabi North Indian—food, this is the place to go. They know their spices well. Service was top notch.

This place is incredible. The prices are very reasonable for the great quality food. There are several dairy and gluten free options for those with dietary restrictions. I recommend highly. The dishes are varied and not the usual.

Went in, guy got our beers, never saw him again. After at least 15 minutes we left. Really wanted to try the food but no chance.

My favorite neighborhood place to get Indian food. Everything is delicious, the staff are extremely kind, and I can't get enough. Mouth is watering just writing this.
