Best Thai in Portland! Everything tastes so fresh and flavorful. The meat is tender. We end up at this spot weekly. Our go tos are yellow curry chicken, cashew chicken, pad see ew with beef, and Thai iced tea. To top it off, May the owner is the absolute sweetest.

Got the massaman curry with chicken and it really hit the spot. The chicken was tender and delish not dry at all and the curry had a nice kick to it. Glad I stumbled on this place!

Why did I wait so long to try this place?? I ordered the basil stir fry with chicken and basil, hot. Everything was so fresh. Best green beans ever. Tender chicken. Spicy the way I like it. Every Thai food cart should be this good!!!

Really amazing thai food. I go to this food cart a lot and usually get the Pad Thai or the Pad See ew. It's my go-to restaurant whenever I'm in that area. The owner is super nice and pretty fast! I also reccomend their thai tea.

Few places exist where you can get quality and speed together. This little gem possibly offers the most delicious Thai food in Portland! I have been here many times now, and it improves each visit. Ordered the Pad Thai with beef today and it was ready in 8 minutes! Thank you!

Simply Thai is my go-to food truck at Rose City Park Food Carts. The food is always fresh and flavorable and the service is excellent! Our go-to's are the pad-see ew and pineapple fried rice (with chicken and extra veggies!) - and it's a lucky day indeed when they have a mango sticky rice special!
