Honestly can't rate this place high enough. I tried basically every coffee shop in the Pearl/NW looking for the best vanilla latte and this is hands down the best. I like it a little sweet but not too much so, no chemical flavor, an espresso brewed just right, not over or under extracted, no bitterness. Just a warm hug of vanilla-y, espresso goodness. I like this place so much that when we travel I find myself looking forward to going back home to get a coffee from here. The staff are 11/10 friendly and awesome.

The overcast latte was one of the best drinks I’ve had in awhile. The avocado toast & breakfast burrito were exceptional. Such a good quality coffee

The first thing I noticed was the smell. Tumeric. An earthy spice. Not something I'd normally associated with coffee or pastries. That's not unpleasant but distracting. Detracts from the coffee house ambience. The coffee was reasonably good. But I've had better in Portland, where great coffee abounds. The chocolate croissant was poorly executed: it was more like a piece of bread, with a few chocolate chips stuck inside the outer edges, maybe a couple of millimeters deep, so the breadiness on the interior was accentuated. There was almost no flaking evident - the butter layers must have melted before the croissant was baked.

One of my favourite places for coffee and work.I generally work from here if I get a seat at any good tables. This place gets quite full pretty early.

The stylish, clean ambience and friendly staff make this cafe worth the visit.Things you should know:I. PARKINGThere's a nearby Safeway parking garage you could use and then walk over or you could pay for street parking. Street parking, however, appeared to be filled by mid-day.II. SERVICEIt's a good sign when an employee cares enough to ask how to spell your name! They're very timely here as well. Most of the time, baristas will give you your beverage in a to-go cup but they still incorporate the latte art with it.III. QUALITYI never say anything good about decaf coffee (ever), BUT I truly enjoy their decaf lattes here. If you want an evening sip without a kick, this place does it right.IV. CAPACITYThis place is packed during morning fuel hours. It tapers off throughout the day. You'll notice all kinds of crowds here but I especially tend to notice the crowd that camps and knocks out work.Parking: There's a nearby Safeway parking garage you could use and then walk over or you could pay for street parking. Ambiance and vibe are top notch. The London fog was hard to sip because it was so tasty. Love the staff. They really made me feel like a regular even though it's only my 3rd time!

This coffee place is ADORABLE! There's plenty of seating, both in the main level and some tables up on the balcony. I much prefer tucking in upstairs, you have great few of the whole coffee shop and the streets outside. The barista that helped me was so nice. I had wanted to sub in sourdough instead of a getting an English muffin and she explained that the shape of the egg sandwich doesn't work on sourdough. She was so apologetic but the fact that she took the time to explain why was above and beyond what I was expecting. I got the classic breakfast sandwich, it was great. I also got a medium Starlight Latte. Holy moly. Hands down one of my favorites that I've had. It was nice to go tuck away upstairs on a rainy Friday sipping a piping hot latte. If you're in the area I highly recommend stopping by!
