Such a great hidden gem! Everything is good and the spicy level is flavourful not butthole busting! Seriously nothing bad on the menu! I've had the pad Kee mao and the pad Thai! Great food truck!
I'd like to make a positive review for Sky Kitchen. The proprietor was super friendly, he was open on a day when many of the other carts were closed, and the menu looked solid. Unfortunately, I'd just say the food was ok, not great. I had a chicken Pineapple Fried Rice. Taste was maybe 6/10, and it was fairly greasy.

Another great cheap fast Thai cart. Kind of Irregular hours but that's how it is for lots of food carts. I just went w/ my classic Thai choice of the spicy basil stir fry. He just had chicken, & tho I usually prefer pork I like that he only had one choice which means maybe the meat is marinated instead of just tossed raw into the dish at the last minute.
