Be open when you say you're open. Went there once before and it wasn't great either way. Thought I'd give it another chance, but walked two miles and they were closed when it says open online. No hours on door... had to call the other location to find out. Way too many frozen treats in Portland to settle with this place.

The gelato is okay, very thick. The lady ordering in front of me was being perfectly clear about what she wanted, however the employee was continually forgetting what she'd asked for which I found to be kind of embarrassing. I went very early in the day, so they were still well stocked in a lot of their flavors.

Young guy working the counter was coughing on the gelato. Nobody at this location knows how to properly scoop the gelato into a pint it’s ridiculous. The other location is a 10/10 everyone there knows how to pack gelato and is nice and friendly, I’d honestly rather drive to the other location.

High quality gelato at CRAZY low prices! The Stracciatella (pictured) was the perfect mix of sweet, creamy, and bitter (from the chocolate). Definitely worth a stop in of you're craving a cold-sweet treat ?***I forgot to take a pic for a few minutes. It looked so good I started eating, and then realized I needed a pic for the review haha. Highly recommend this establishment. Excellent service, products and variety. The pistachio and peanut butter gelato are exextraordinary. The sorbets are also very good. This is a must stop on NW 23rd street

Employee served several people in front of us, touched the iPad multiple times, buzzed around the back grabbing and touching whatever and never washed his hands. iPad was absolutely disgusting!! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. GROSS!!
