This place needs a person dedicated to the counter. Its 40 minutes to pick up a mobile order walking up every single time no matter what time it is. And if they aren't busy they don't even make it until you walk up.Adding the dedicated mobile pickup line is a huge improvement. This is a busy place and being able to sit down and wait makes all the difference.

I'm going to up my rating:)Being all over to SO many Starbucks, they were the 1st ones to ask me my name while I ordered. I found that to be very pleasant. I'm not from this city anymore.Great customer service.I still stand on the no Sugar Free comment I made several years ago. I'll add that there is also no option to purchase decaf espresso beans. It's all caffeinated in stores in bags.Very unsatisfied that Sugar Free Choc is not available.This goes with ALL Starbucks.

The Huh! , what is pathetic and sad Starbucks billion company and they run it like a cheap cheap Walmart stand on the corner of the street I will no longer be supporting a company that can't even get a order right

Went to the drive-through and ordered a triple vinty white chocolate mocha. It came fast and accurate. The young lady at the window was super friendly without having too much conversation. But having some conversation to stop the silence if you're looking for a good hot coffee and you're in the neighborhood drop in they'll take good care of you.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about here. This location is usually quite busy, but it's the only drive thru coffee spot within several miles. The staff are super friendly, quick, and I can't remember ever having an issue with an order here. I usually have 3 or 4 modifications to my coffee order too, so all things considered, they do awesome!!

I always go to this location to order my starbucks, today like any other day I order 2 star bucks drink Carmel frappe one for my mother and 1 for me, so my mom drink her drink al the way to the bottom she saw white clumps up ball first she thought it was whipped cream so she use the straw to poke it but it doesn't goes down so she open the lid and see what it is, it's turn out to be napkin. Why would anyone to this ? so unsanitary I will never return to this place again.

this location has the worst service I have ever had. order my venti coffee for them to give me a small told them I ordered a venti so she poured the coffee she made into a bigger cup and just put more ice in it... so I didn't get what I paid for. this company really needs to do a better job at handling your employee!

I had the cashier choose a drink of her choice for me because I couldn't decide what I wanted. She made me her favorite drink and it was so delicious. I will be returning to this Starbucks again for this delicious drink.
