Today my backpack was stolen from this Starbucks. It had my computer and tablet in it. Luckily there is video footage of the person stealing it. As well, I learned today that a week before someone’s iPhone got stolen here. Would not recommend coming here with valuables.

It's Starbucks...... always something yummy to drink and eat.
I had already finished my latte. I went back to the counter to ask for an ice water, no one else was in line. The girl looked at me super annoyed and rang in the water and then just stood there doing nothing after that since there was no more customers. Just felt pretty rude

the employees here are genuinely so lazy and rude. I had to wait 20 minutes for two coffees while every other person in front of me got their drinks first. they were too busy talking to each other that they literally forgot about my drinks and then had the audacity to ask if I actually needed both after they made the first one. I paid for both? never going back to this location again. some starbucks locations have really friendly and competent staff, it’s not this one. save your time and go somewhere else.edit: just realized they put cream in the coffee that I asked to be made with oat milk. I have a dairy allergy. absolutely stay clear of this location if you have any sort of allergy to lactose.
