Quintessential hole in the wall, quirky American diner. Good food, sizeable portions, accommodating and friendly staff. It's really small and tight inside so expect to wait in line outside during peak business hours. It can be very loud inside - so if you're someone who gets overwhelmed by sound, definitely wear your headphones or earplugs. Waffles and pancakes are huge. Their chicken fried steak is my favorite breakfast that they serve.

I had an amazing play on eggs benedict called Benidicto LocoMy husband has the badasd omelet and a mancake.I can't not brag enough about the salsa verde, they make in house, you could put it on anything and it would be amazing.

Came in with 2 younger kids when there wasn’t a line for tables yet. The lady server said to take a seat at the bar while we wait for a table. Line formed outside and a table finally opened up, asked about it and they said no and gave the table for four to a couple while our kids had a hard time eating at the bar due to their heights.
Excellent breakfast omelet and biscuits are the best! Worth the wait!

This neighborhood joint is always on point especially when you are able to immediately be seated. I always order the Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy and it is consistently executed. Sitting at the counter will always ensure timely water and coffee refreshes but I’ve also witnessed the staff effectively working the floor with jugs in hand. The staff is always friendly and efficient, treating regulars and newcomers with equal warmth. I always look forward to rewarding myself with a Stepping Stone Breakfast!

Been my favorite breakfast place coming on a decade now. All of the staff is incredible, they are so funny, capable, and kind. The food is consistent and tasty. Big Mimosas are the business. Though I’ve moved across the city, I will keep coming back. Love you guys!!!
