I have stopped by this resturant on several occasions for food deliveries. I was finally able to stop by and boy was I Glad. I love supporting local businesses, especially mom and pop restaurants. I ordered their Taco special...2 Carnitas and 1 Lengua. Fresh ingredients ..good flavor and excellent service. I will be back! Thank you for your delicious food. Stay blessed.

Pupusas! I just wanted to try one of these for the first time, and El Porvenir did not disappoint. I had the chicharrón pupusa with delicious salsas for $6 and was surprised to find it satisfying without being too heavy. Wonderful flavor and texture.Look forward to another visit to try the chef’s other specialties.
Delicious and affordable. Very nice owners and employees. I love that their carnitas have no Manteca lard, for health reasons this is important to me.

A Texan and a Californian move to Oregon and struggle to find even halfway decent Mexican food. I judge a Mexican spot by their salsa, rice, and beans - if those are good then we’re in luck! Well my friends, we are in luck. The salsa is so delicious and actually spicy (finally!!) and we wished we had more rice and beans! Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back to our new go-to Mexican spot. We’d almost all but given up.My only critique is that the pastor is very heavy on the pineapple and it almost takes over the flavor of everything else. I wouldn’t get pastor again but the asada was delicious. We will be back!

Es muy deliciosa! Tried this little place today for lunch. Had the Taco plate with chicken. Tacos were very flavorful, salsa was perfect, rice and beans were really good too!Family run place, gentleman working was very friendly!Highly recommend!
