The employees were so kind and sweet! But it was such a bummer that the toaster oven is down and has been down for a MONTH. I miss my toasty sandwiches! Shame on the franchisee for not taking better care of this location and the wonderful employees who work there.

This location has been around so long that its bathroom lock codes are still "1301" - the store's street address 1301 NE Broadway St - after at least 15 years.Service depends on which crew happens to be employed at the time but otherwise, a Subway is a Subway....Parking: Shared with a popular dispensary: nuff said.

Their toaster is ALWAYS down. If it’s not that then they’re out of bread. It’s always something at this location. I’m not surprised it’s in Portland after all.

Richard is amazing. They were working an evening shift with another person who made my mobile order incorrectly. When I got home and realized both of my sandwiches were complete wrong I called and Richard was immediately responsive, kind, understanding, and helpful. They offered me either a refund or I could come in the next day and they would remake my order correctly. Since it was already late I asked if I could come in the next day. When we got there around noon, Richard welcomed us by name and had our original mobile order printed out and ready to go. They were apologetic, and spent quality time making sure our corrected order was satisfactory. We left them a tip and thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches. Huge thank you to Richard who went above and beyond to make a bad experience, a great one. Richard deserves a raise ?

Went in here for a sammich took for....ever to make a sandwich because the lady on front of us was in a wheelchair and was on the phone and orderd 3 other sandwiches. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry and hanging out. Only 2 people on staff.

Placed an online order today was the worst experience ever! I placed it and it said it would be teady at 7:10 I got there around 7:20 to give them more than enough time to make my food. It wasn't ready and it took her at least 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. I finally got up and was like hey I placed an online order at 6:50 why isn't it ready I'm in my 30 minute lunch break. She finally started making my food. Then a young guy comes from the back and literally humiliates her about how slow she is slow, and if she would talked less with customers about nothing the orders would be done! All around horrible experience!
