Normally the location is quite good (roomie goes there and is familiar with a pleasant male that knows how to do his job and do it well props to him) however when we went the female working the drive through had no bed side manner, as in her customer service was atrocious, she raised her voice and over talked because giving one full sandwich order was too much, she had to take it in parts because if it was Said as you normally would she would get confused and mess up the order,( btw she messed it up anyways) they were not really special just one with onions added and one without peppers and sauce on the side. Everything else was by the menu. I know how hard it is to work that kind of job but this was an easy order and no one was in line, she still managed to get it wrong and was rude to top it off. I hate to complain but my customer service is better then hers on a horrible day and my quality of work is even better. All in all a very disappointing time. And overpriced for what we were given. Hopefully next time we go it'll be the people roomie knows, cuz if this is all what subway offers...sorry but I'll pass

Changing the names of your sandwiches didn’t help.Paying millions on sports castors and players doesn’t make it better.Charles Barkley couldn’t even sell you a used car.I think the only one that’s going to run to Subway is Jared when he gets out with his ,Subway for life card.I bet he’s loosing a lot of weight now.Did they ever figure out the “TUNA” thing ? and was the $5 dollar foot-long really only 11-15/16” long?

I ordered a sandwich (Cost was $9.99) I ask for extra olives and was told I could only have 8 sliced olive pieces. I questioned this, and was told that was the rules. I have NEVER had ANY Subway restaurant employee say this to me and I've been buying subway for years. If this is true, it is ridiculous. I feel nearly all of the other sub sandwich restraunts have better sandwiches.

The chicken on this sandwich is still frozen... At first I thought gosh it feels really cold. It's not just cold it is still partially frozen. I don't feel it's safe to eat this sandwich. That as well as toppings that were not correct. I am not eating this for fear of improper food handling practices within the restaurant as a whole.

Ordered online app for pickup. Doors Locked no one picked up phone, I have no car they refused to say anything while waiting next to drivethru. Chubby younger girl dark hair glasses working with looked like her boyfriend hanging with her even though doors were locked. Will be speaking to manager and customer service until I get money back. Ill be waiting for you 8-) and constantly calling until someone answers

Place an online order to pick up over an hour later that displayed as fulfilled through the online app, the order processed, my card was charged. When I went I was told the order never came in & when I asked if she could make the sandwiches then (in a justifiably irritated tone) or refund me even she told me to call subway (who has no customer support #) then she kicked me out of "her store" in a hostile way and went so far to take a photo of my car's license plate. Melissa is a total b****, hope she has the night she deserves.

I decided to get lunch through the drive thru and I was greeted by a very rude worker, she told me that my payment for $28.40 failed to go through but my bank disagrees, I even tipped them 15%, instead of getting my food, the manager was called over and he was rude too, after that, they told me to complete the transaction again, I told them that if both transactions go through I would file a dispute and they rudely told me I wouldn't get served, and they slammed the window shut, Don't ever eat here.
