Never ever going to this restaurant! This is the one close to home the one I always come to.Tonight I was parked outside subway ( mind you no signs that say no parking ) As I was parked there for about 5 minutes checking my work emails since the location closes at 10 pm the employee that's there at 8:30 pm takes his job way to seriously, comes up to me saying no Loitering?? You have to go they want me to call the cops.?!Excúsame I was going to get a subway after a long day of work I'm just parked outside the facility replying to some emails and then I get this dude that takes his job to heart! You need to leave ? Wtf I was bugging no one, I was going to go and get food, I was simply working .. never again ! Loosen up a little man !!!!!

I stopped in there yesterday and received the worst service I've ever had in an establishment. I pulled up in the parking lot and had a business call. when I got done I wasn't feeling well so I took my heart medicine. after taking it I had to rest for a bit. then when I felt better I went inside and used the restroom. after that I went up to order my sandwhich. the guy working went to the door and refused to serve me. I've been going in this particular branch since they opened it and have never been treated that way. It was all because I sat out in my truck for an hour or two before coming in due to feeling ill. it was atrocious service. and I have a half of mind to refer this to the aging and disability. I was in there around 7:00-7:30 pm on 11-24-2023. I am not happy and will never go in there again nor allow any of my friends or and business relations go in there either. and I have a lot of businesses that I due business with.

i wasn't expecting much based on the reviews, but i was the only person in the entire store. red headed gal was sweeping, looked up at me, and yelled "have fun!" to her coworker in the back instead of helping. Took about 5 min just to cut my bread (which was super undercooked and falling apart)

Lousy service! Ended up not ordering anything! Took about half hour to get to me and my friend! Guy didn't even change his gloves out after helping the first customer cash out! Came right back to touch all the food! The red head lady was rude! And didn't bother helping the other guy! When there was 6 ppl in line!

Was hesitant to go after seeing other reviews but I had a gift card so no biggie.A/C was full bore, the place was clean and the 1 dude working was really nice and helpfull (I haven't been to a subway since Covid started) so he was also very patient.Will go again!
