Of the last 6 orders, I added a pretzel. I got the pretzel 1 time. That was only when I picked up in person & corrected them 3 times while standing in front of them before getting a pretzel.They won't refund. They expect you to call Subway corporate office which is a black hole.NEVER NEVER NEVER order from this restaurant! Quality and customer service have been flushed down the toilet.

We dropped by our Subway today. The manager was in. We let him know that we were not pleased with the sandwiches we got last time. We didn't even eat them. We left a bad review.He asked us when this happened. He remade our order and did not charge us.The replacement sandwiches were great. The way they have always been in the past. If a sandwich is not done right, they will remake it. I'm sure they would refund your money if you asked.KUDOs to the manager. Didn't get his name, but he made it right. Thank you.

Very upset they wrapped by footlong Artisan Flatbread BLT as a burrito... and the lady says its a footlong even after I opened it and showed the other employe there which you can see clearly the filling was for a 6in. She was so rude to the point she ignored be when I went back in and when she did talk to me she would not look at me and you can see her face that she was just bothered by me being there. Truth I would of just left and toke the sandwich but with that Attitude she had i just wanted my money back and i left them the sandwich.

Do not buy any foot long Flatbread sandwiches. This is the sandwich they made me all i did was come home and open it and it fell apart. You will spend 10-15 dollars for a 6 inch sandwich. On top of that they didn't even get my order right.This is awesome what a rip off. I will never go their again Do not recommend.

The white lady working at around 11:30am 3/13/2024 was very inconsiderate to my father. He doesn't usually eat out so he doesn't know the name of the types of bread. He points to the lady what bread looks good to him and she says "you have to verbally say which one". Then he wants to put all the veges in, but she says "this type of sandwhich you don't add lots of veges." Okay?? are you eating the sandwhich ma'am? Anyways I gave this location a 2 star because there's only 1 guy who's the best employee here. I believe he's the manager? He's always friendly and efficient when me and my boyfriend use to come often. This lady he met today needs another job away from customer service.

Amazing to see a fast food restaurant still under scheduling and when an employee who isn't working comes in steps up and helps out.Your food is still garbage you overcharge for what would be a reasonable portion and everything just feels slightly off when you're looking at the food especially since the green peppers and lettuce both had ice sticking to them, and not ice cubes but ice that builds up because you didn't close the freezer the night before.My friends who I got food for apparently didn't feel good the next morning and the only thing they had to eat that day was your food. I'm really glad I didn't eat anything there because my kids also did not feel well.You're good rating is only coming from one employee who stepped up and was amazing.

Ordered 5 sandwiches through door dash. There was nothing complicated about any of them. There were the skimpiest sub sandwiches I have ever seen. And I payed extra for double meat on 2 of them. You couldn't even see the ingredients between the bread unless you opened up the sandwich. I will not eat from there again.

Forgot my bacon on my bacon egg and cheese. got a egg, cheese and onion sandwich, didn't realize until I got home and now he won't answer my call about issuing a refund. If it wasn't so late at night I'd just go back but he seemed a little off

the customer service here was horrible - not only for me, but for the other people who came in after me while i was eating my sandwich. they raised their voices when people didn't automatically know what they wanted to order. if i do come back (only because i live close), i'd get my sandwich to go or even just eat outside. the employees also get upset when i didn't automatically know which cheese they had or where it was listed. i gave two stars because the sandwich was okay. lastly, the workers hung out in the back & didn't say hello when people walked in, but they did say "what do you want" in a stern voice.
