Seems like the employees get to close or open whenever they want. Went today at 4:30, sign on, employee outside, “waiting for a key”. Times I’ve been before, toppings were slim, condiments were slim, service was slim. Today was the last straw. Get this joint out of Hillsdale, go to the Barbur location—home girl hooks it up.

I ordered a sandwich for lunch and arrived at the store before it was done. While patiently waiting for my food, the lady behind the counter yelled at me and the person I was getting lunch with multiple times for various reasons, such as standing too far on one side of the store. We where then falsely accused of stealing and after we provided evidence that we didn’t, we where ignored. On top of this dreadful service, over half of the ingredients from my sandwich where missing. Awful experience, and undoubtedly the worst subway I have ever been to.

Not only did the staff fail to add half of the ingredients I requested, but they were extremely rude and disrespected my friends and I several times. I have never had such a terrible experience in customer service before. I do not know why the staff decided to attack their unproblematic customers. If you are the owner of this restaurant I highly recommend you take action for your businesses sake.

Soda machine is busted. Soda pop is not carbonated, warm, and the ice dispenser is broken.The food was also not fresh.The employee had a lazy attitude, and spot on justified every potential thing that someone could find upsetting.Just knowing all the possibilities is upsetting in itself.

words cannot describe the service here. i HATE leaving bad reviews but omg. the woman working there hates her life and makes it everyone else’s problem to a point where it’s embarrassing. i can’t understand how someone can so willingly make a fool out of themselves. took her 30 mins to make like 7 ppl their sandwiches. some girls had to leave cus it was taking too long so she screamed at them never to come back. they didn’t even speak to her, just quietly left, giving her no reason to attack them like that.

Lettuce was brown. Guacamole was brown. Mustard was runny. Skimpy on the cheese. The whole experience was off putting.
Ordered via online app for pickup on Sunday at 7:20pm. Arrived to find the store completely closed, door was locked, sign was off, no one around. Sign on the door clearly says open until 9:00pm. No way to cancel my order, no one answering the phone. I’ll definitely be calling the bank to report fraudulent charges and complaining to subway corporate.

If I could give less stars I would. The girl who works here repeatedly tries to start issues. Tells me that she can’t give extra vegetables because it dings her survey scores or something. I’ve emailed the corp office about this, there is no policy which states veggies are extra. Always this is the only place that makes a big deal about extra veggies (not like a ridiculous amount either - like a little extra). Someone please help her understand that you can go beyond the “standard” veggie count. I have had this same issue 3 times with her. I just left, I couldn’t do it.

I just went to go get a sandwich cause I just got off work at 8:30 when I got there it was 8:40 I went to go in and the workers said they were closed while the open sign was on and I knew it closed at 9 I just wanted a simple sandwich but apparently that was to much to ask for. This just happened and I’m very upset about this

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIS the lady that always works here is a Mexican women. That is so horribly rude. She kicked my friend my friend out because she has speech problems.
