I have been waiting for a mobile order I placed 37 minutes ago for way too long. It was due at 11:25 and marked done at 11:26 and was not even started until 11:27 and now it is 11:37 AND IT IS STILL NOT READY. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Really irritating to order food delivery from this location because there's no accountability to them just completely ruining your orderI ordered a completely plain sandwich with cheese chicken and green peppers for children and they covered it in lettuce tomatoes onions for no reason they just decided to make it their own sandwich and not what we ordered for children. I'm stuck home injured and cannot go get anything and this is what the kids were supposed to eat for dinner. If you're the employer you should check who you had working at 6:30 p.m. on the 23rd of January and ask them why they didn't follow the order they were given for a $13 sandwich. I also ordered four drinks and they sent 3

Let me tell you something. I don’t exaggerate anything. When I tell you that I came in here and had the most polite fun and happy time just getting my sandwiches that means something. This woman Amy made my sandwiches with love and a smile. I really really appreciated the interaction, especially on Sunday the time of rest and relaxation. It was pleasant. I can really tell she enjoys what she does. We all should appreciate people like her.

These guys stayed open for all of us through all of the 15° weather and ice rain. I believe they need a raise. I couldn't tip them because this weather made me take 4 days off. Uber Eats and any delivery is canceling or 2 hours slow, so besides the A. M p m next door these people have been the only ones open for us to get food in my brooklyn district area. Unfortunately they didn't have fresh cookies because it is all So I see outside nobody should be driving Or walking on the sidewalks Because it's a hazard it's been really crazy for the last week for 4 days straight now it's been Icy out. Thank you guys For being there, the guy that's helped me. The most has been the one with the sleeve tattoos black hair with the white streak on top. He's Did nothing but nice to my dogoodnight. I hope he never gets fired. He is a real asset to your company. I've seen him 3 days in a row. 1 woman in the beginning all who work their are so professional and happy to see everyone. Thank you guys for hiring quality sandwich artists. They need a fat bonus.

No buns except wheat, online app will not let me order wheat. Disappointing. Last time I ordered via the app , when I showed up to the store no order was there for me. I lost my money and an still hungery

I ordered online, paid for extra avocado, and asked for my pepperoni to be subbed for bacon. When I went in to pick up he said I couldn’t just sub for bacon and had to pay extra next time if I wanted bacon. Which is fine, however he was pretty rude about it. Then when I get home, my avocado isn’t even on the sand which. So he made a whole deal about the bacon while skimping on the ingredient I DID pay extra for? Alright bud.

Today was the worst experience I've ever had at subway. The two workers there were too focused talking to friends so they were going very slow making their first sandwich then they made mine (very sloppy) and completely ignored the person I was with and started their other friends sandwich then made our second one after i told them they forgot to take his order (he was still standing in line before the friend cut him), by the time they were done my sandwich was cold. Every other time I am there all of my sandwiches are made together, not jumping between customers. They are too slow to be working by themselves and really shouldn't serve their friends if they act that way.

The two guys working today were pretty busy and really helpful. They had a big online order it seemed and a long line of people. The guy waiting for the online order was rude to them and the man in front of me was rude as well. The workers were nothing but respectful and nice. The customers are wrong! Give these two a rise. No wonder people don't want to work at places like this. Get rid of the online ordering it stresses out the workers and lags behind on the people who are there to order in person.

Once again, you place an online order and they utterly fail. This is a half dozen occurrences in just 10 attempts.... The staff has no communication skills and even though you place an order online, if they continue to get in-store customers... Your order will not be made. The representatives of this store are not meant for this. Simple tasks and a quite simple job is obviously too much for almost every single employee here. My order was placed at 1:20 and at 2pm it is just getting started. And the kids here don't get that a person's lunch break is actually important! I am super disappointed. Again!
