“I love coming to this subway. It’s always very clean and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. There’s so many new sandwiches it’s hard to choose from now. I was recommended the chicken bacon ranch sandwich by Brendon. It did not disappoint. It was by far the best sandwich I’ve had in a really long time! very skilled sandwich artist! Definitely will be recommending this subway to all of my friends!!!“

“I'm a vulnerable senior citizen with a permanent disability who remains in post retirement. At the end of my twelve hour shifts, I regularly purchase subs from the store. Using the app has resulted in both plusses and minuses. Sometimes the subs are perfect and other times I paid and tipped for a sandwich with extras that I never received. I've communicated with the store owner, but was never offered a complimentary free sub to make up for the glaring failure to fill my online order. This even after a new employee was asked if he had doubled the meatballs and added the additional mozzarella. He said; yes, but I only received the base number of eight meatballs on a footlong and only two pieces of mozzarella while it was unclear if I even got the basic provolone. In any case the gals working on Saturday (yesterday), I want to offer my compliments for restoring my faith in the creation of great sandwiches.“

“Let me tell you something. I don’t exaggerate anything. When I tell you that I came in here and had the most polite fun and happy time just getting my sandwiches that means something. This woman Amy made my sandwiches with love and a smile. I really really appreciated the interaction, especially on Sunday the time of rest and relaxation. It was pleasant. I can really tell she enjoys what she does. We all should appreciate people like her.“

“I've served by and both were very efficient. And I discovered something that I did not know which is that they have had or sometime veggie pattys. Since I stopped eating meat I had not gone there and didn't realize it for a number of years they've been carrying a very nice and tasty veggie patty. “We've been customers for a long time- however the recent staff has made it an extra great experience! They treat it as if it's their own business and are very attentive! We were given cookie coupons and friendly conversation, they are our favorite neighbors! Thank you for being reliable and warm“

“If it's slow they do okay but if it's busy it becomes obvious they have no clue how to run a restaurant. Also they don't take coupons and act kind of indignant about it. They took so long that after 20 minutes standing in line I literally left. I love Subway and this is the closest location but I promise I'll be going to the one down the street on Barbur from now on and so should you.“

“I try hard to leave an open star giving the business room for minor improvements. Although there are those rare moments of appreciation that leave the customer an all around complete and satisfying sensation that hits deep to the core. Immediately I noticed the cleanliness, the organizing and inventory fully stocked, that is not easy to witness.“

“CJ was awesomely amazing!!! We were the worst kind of customer, we put in an online order at the last minute possible. Literally. Then changed our sandwich ingredients completely on both our sandwiches, and added a few things. CJ killed it with the sandwiches, I don't say this lightly, the BEST subway sandwich I've ever had. “Haven’t been here in over a year. They recently remodeled and everything looks clean and crisp. The sandwiches were yummy and tightly wrapped, so much less messy! I appreciated that. The coupon drew me in and I’ll start coming here more often.“

“This is the best Subway location on the East side of the river. The employees are extremely quick (made my two footlongs in just a couple minutes), and super nice and professional. Everything in the restaurant was perfectly clean, including the extra comfy chairs and couch they have, and the ingredients were fresh.“

“It's a subway. The food should be on par with all others. The service was perfect, no complaints. As far as atmosphere. You had a shattered door that hasn't been replaced. This is obviously a corporate issue and nothing to do with the actual establishment.“

“The owner and his son are utter scum bags, they fail to train to properly clean or store food up to code or even monitor if the employees are doing anything correctly. The cameras haven't worked in a decade either. The employees will pocket your money into the tip jar and not ring you up right in front of your face.“

My favorite is an Italian BMT on Italian Herb & Cheese bread with extra pepper jack, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and all the veggies except lettuce. Sometimes I change up the sauce, which makes it fun!Vegetarian options: This location has veggie patties! Also, did you know? If you don't get meat, or the veggie patty, then they don't charge extra for avocado.Dietary restrictions: It's build-your-own, with ingredients of the bread clearly listed. If you have a serious issue, just let them know, and they'll change their gloves and wipe down the line before they begin building your sandwich, in accordance with the health code. Then, just don't order anything you're allergic to. Easy!Parking: Very limited parking. The parking lot is very small, shared by several businesses, with lots of time restricted parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: The classic Subway atmosphere in a relatively safe neighborhood makes this a fine place to take the kids for a quick bite. “They were well staffed but it was lunch rush and they were really busy, they still knocked it out of the park with excellent service today 9-1-2023!! Customer service could not have been better, I was greeted the min. I walked in, I was told they would be with me shortly, I could see that they were working on drive up and delivery pick up orders, they started my order within 3 min which was super fast considering it was lunch rush! The lovely lady that made my sandwich was very fun and friendly as they all were, she even informed me of a way to get exactly what I wanted without paying more, by doing a build your own, I appreciated that. She suggested next time I try my rotisserie chicken sand. with the aioli put on before it gets heated, that sound yummy, I will try it next time. “The workers were playing cool music and dancing and were friendly. I came at like 11 pm so it wasn’t busy. It kind of smelled in there though and there were people who were definitely not customers who were just hanging in the back. Kind of weird“

“Lady at the counter was very helpful my sandwich is made exactly the way I liked it also was my wife's sandwich great customer service great sandwich skills the only thing that kind of I wasn't too keen on was the fact that she was the only one working I've been to other subways not sure if this was just the manager but I really think that corporate should should have more than one person holding down the store it was quite busy she was very professional I felt for her being under that kind of pressure Plus most of the customers that were behind me were very patient and that but as far as that location between I would say midday and dinner time the corporation needs to make sure that they get qualified people in there to help just one person just not fair for the employee but this food was great atmosphere is great the shop was very clean that's all I got to say about that“

“The food and service here is great. Love the staff!! I've recently started driving an extra 15 min to Tanasbourne and avoiding the Bethany location. The money hungry manager put a sign up that coupons aren't accented and when ordering online the promo codes don't work. By the way everywhere else you can get any footling for $6 by typing in FL599 in the promo code box if you order online. It's your franchise dude do what you want but you're going to lose customers.“

“I go here overnights and it's normally the manager person working or it's 1 of 2 people I normally see there and I can honestly say they all are really cool and I like how all of them serve and they all have a tendency to get done quickly and it doesn't get to busy most times.“

“Well, I gave the location five stars because the staff was friendly and made my sandwich to order in under 2 minutes. So I don't want to downgrade the experience based on the quality of the restaurant or the nice people working there. However, I decided to try the "Hero" 1 carb bread on an Outlaw sandwich (steak, peppers and onions with a spicy sauce), which they uncharge $0.75 for the bread. While the ingredients were tasty, I must say the bread was completely flavorless. It had the texture of bread, but if I ate it by itself, closed my eyes and was asked to describe the taste, I couldn't tell you if I was eating bread or a sponge (not that I've ever eaten a sponge) There was no taste to it at all, and unfortunately, made the sandwich experience underwhelming. Would not recommend adding it to your bucket list.“

“Super convenient location on my way home from work. Staffed mostly with young kids that don't seem to care too much but maybe I'm just used to the Midwestern friendliness as have recently moved to Portland from Wisconsin. All in all a good place.“

“I usually dread going to Subways because I usually feel pressured and don’t know what the choices are because nothing is labeled. My issue… today I needed to use the ATM next door and realized I was beyond hungry and the smell of the bread sucked me in. I’d like Caleb’s manager know that he gave me hands down the friendliest and most patient service I’ve ever had at a Subway and he ranks just as high in comparison to service at sit down restaurants. This women was extremely kind, patient and said Hello and thank you to everyone who came through the door while I was there. She was the only one working and still had the best attitude and made the best sandwich.“

“I usually don't reviews on fast food chains because it's usually what you expect at fast food restaurants-- basic, in and out. But wow, they're were phenomenal. Their service was above and beyond all expectations. Fast, efficient, and extremely friendly!! I asked for extra marinera sauce on my sub, and the girl wrapping my sub took the initiative to ask me if I wanted more napkins. As silly as it sounds, most employees can be lazy to offer anything extra for customers if it involves them making one extra physical movement. Her offer was very appreciated. They moved through their lunch rush hour fast, clean, and still with extraordinary customer service! I saw a lot of unity and team work among the staff. They were excellent! I'd drive the extra mile to chose this Subway location over other locations.“
