Excellent food and friendly service. The accessible ramp between the two storefronts mysteriously disappeared, so if you use a wheelchair or walker it will be a very uncomfortable visit.

I tried this cart while doing a 30-day plant based challenge with work, and when I say it was life changing, I mean it. I CRAVE the elotes burrito to this day, and the challenge was 3 years ago... if that doesn't speak to the amazing-ness, I'm not sure what else can!

The last few times I've gone in to pick up a takeout order and not a single soul says hi or acknowledges I step through the door... it's a slap in the face when they greet other people...right in front of me. Today, I stood inside for almost 10min to wait for my takeout order and no one made eye contact with me, said hi, etc. Then when it was clear to me my food was done, they walked it into the waiting area and dropped it on the counter without ever thinking to ask the lone person who has been hanging out if that was my order...So, I had to ask them for my food. The worst part about this is that it's hard not to take this personally as a brown person walking into their white space. Note, I get better service at Supernova when I go with a white person. I've made excuses for them too often but not anymore.

Location CLOSED. Disappointed they didn't update Yelp but also disappointed Yelp didn't figure it out. Google had it updated.

It's legit, I can vouch. Ordered delivery from Supernova several times and it's consistently awesome. I don't "get" mac and cheese, so I can't comment on that (many others have already). But the banh mi tempeh, with its fresh veggies including thin-sliced jalapeno, is among the best we've tried. Space cowboy is also good, but not rave-worthy like the banh mi. For me their shining stars are the elotes-based dishes. The elotes cup, on a bed of creamy slaw, is a great little meal for $7. Or get fancy and try them in a burrito, or (my spouses new favorite), in a seared pepper with black beans and rice. But wait, there's more! Egg-substitute scrambles (the spinach artichoke in particular!) that comes with toast, roasted (smashed) potatoes, and you can add vegan sausage if that's your jam. My biggest issue is they're only open Friday-Sunday at this point, Be sure to give them some business and maybe they'll expand on that!

So much yummieness! This was my first time ordering since they moved from Woodstock. It was just as good as always! I'd never had there breakfast food before and it did not disappoint! There was a cinnamon roll too but it was in my belly before I could take a pic

First I'd like to point out the positives. Very nice and clean restaurant. Super hospitable staff. The food didn't make us feel icky or downright bad, the portions were generous (but we're talking rice, Mac and cheese, and corn that made up 75% of both of our entrees which are by no means costly) I had a Toker burrito, which was about 60% mac & cheese; which was bland at best. This was a chief reason we decided to try you guys out... the internet is lit with glowing reviews about the mac & cheese, and to be honest, I can think of at least 3 brands of in the box, off the store shelf vegan varieties that are just better in flavor and texture. Not to mention The Mockingbird (Beaverton food cart location) has a far superior mac and cheese. The "jalapeño citrus slaw" was nothing of the sort, it simply tasted like your typical mayonnaise based coleslaw with very minimal flavor. The bbq tempeh I opted for texture wise was fine but the bbq sauce also tasted pretty standard, one can go to Whole Foods for example and their 365 brand bbq sauces, at least the Memphis one is far superior. The corn that sounded like it should be awesome tasted like it was maybe good quality frozen corn that got maybe a very light dusting of some sort of seasoning, it was pretty much bland. Wifey got the Elotes. Her chief complaint was that there was basically a ton of brown rice which to her was either plain or just bland, I don't recall her exact words. She said the best thing on her dish was the crema which was actually decent but there was also very little of it. Now, some might retort with "well if you can make a better meal with off the shelf items from the stores, why bother going out?" Well, sadly, that has been the case with most restaurants. It's very difficult to find places that seem to know how to use spices, seasonings, herbs, etc

I went twice in one week, that is how much I love this place! I promise I will be going a lot more in the future. I have searched for a long time for a vegan scramble I could love and this place has the best one I ever had. The breakfast sandwich was a hit as well, and my friend loved her mac-n-cheese. Really great staff as well.

Let me preface this review by saying I am not Vegan. A good portion of my family is dairy and gluten free due to allergies which was why we chose to eat here. Most of my experiences with Vegan food have been bland and disappointing. All that said, the sandwich I ate here was, without caveat, delicious. The spicing was perfect, the food was fresh and the staff were friendly and helpful. The kids LOVED the GF, DF Mac as well. We will be repeat customers.

The stars finally aligned for me to visit one of the highly regarded vegan food trucks in the area. Previous attempts were thwarted by closed days and afterhour arrivals. The smallish menu made it a bit easier to decide, but I wish I had the time to try them all. Ended up with the Midnight Toker burrito which they really should advertise as a super burrito; it is huge! And eating it in the middle of the forest in my camping site was just perfection. Should have saved some but I didn't have any refrigeration available to speak of. Next time. I didn't have dessert but they also looked quite good. Highly recommend!

If there is a better sandwich than the Space Cowboy ANYWHERE in the world, I haven't tasted it. Don't forget the side of mac & cheese. And napkins--you're going to need LOTS of napkins!

Banh Mi is out of this world, with fresh veggies that pop with flavor! Elote burrito is delicious! Service a little slow, but worth the wait!

Space Cow Boy sandwich on ciabatta was delicious. I only wish they would add a nice slice of tomato,, onion and lettuce that would knock it out of the ball park for me. I also got the Ceasars salad small thats was good too. I requested avocado and they charged me $2 for it but forgot to put it on my sandwich. Overall very good. The menu is limited and every thing is a bit pricy. But i guess no more pricy then similar places in Portland. A solid place for yummy vegan food. Coming back for sure

I had their Mac & Cheese, BBQ Tempeh & steamed broccoli and it was delicious! Perfectly steamed veg with a bit of crunch, banging Mac & cheese. I will definitely be coming back.
