Cute cozy place with amazing food! Good vegetarian options too. They can customize things too which is great. The service was particularly good too. Full service! That’s sadly rare these days but I can’t wait to come back.

My mom is from Switzerland and we visit very often, I saw Swiss Hibiscus online and having never been to a Swiss restaurant in America we knew we had to try it. It absolutely blew us away, every single dish tasted as if it came straight from Switzerland and honestly tasted better than some restaurants IN Switzerland. I had somewhat low expectations coming in because every German type restaurant had disappointed me in the past but we were continuously impressed with every dish and how utterly authentic it was. We practically licked our plates clean, I cannot fully express how happy I am to have found this place and will for sure be coming back many many more times. Absolutely 10/10, I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful place.

We had the most AMAZING dinner at Swiss Hibiscus!! After we ordered our meals and sat down, we were immediately served hot rolls with Martin’s dressing and Martin’s hot dressing. The rolls were light and fluffy and both dressings were delicious. We started with cheese fondue and French bread cubes. It was so good and plenty for the 4 of us. Then we had the French onion soup and Potato Leek soup. Each had excellent flavor. The house salat and cabbage salat both had Martin’s dressing on them and were very fresh. Our entrees were very filling. The pork Osso buco had an amazing sauce and fell right off the bone. The linguine was very tasty. The roast chicken sandwich was seasoned perfectly. The bratwurst with browned onions, au jus and spatzli was fantastic. The chicken wienerschnitzel was perfectly seasoned, lightly breaded and crispy and the spatzli was wonderful. We did make room for desserts. Their special was profiteroles with vanilla ice cream and melted chocolate. We got 2 orders. We also got a house-made chocolate chip cookie ice cream cookie sandwich and vanilla ice cream with melted chocolate. The service was impeccable. Both servers were very kind and attentive. The chef has put her heart and soul into the preparation of our meals. We are looking forward to our next visit!

I'm so glad I heard about this restaurant! Our experience was great & I can highly recommend them! The service was so friendly. The waiters & staff were all extremely kind and pleasant. I would highly recommend making a reservation, as the restaurant is very small! The food was all very authentic & SO DELICIOUS. It brought back wonderful memories from travels in Europe.

Everything was absolutely delicious! The fondue was heavenly. We were a party of 5 and not one single complaint. Great service, good vibes. Well worth the trip across the river!

Incredible food in a cozy spot off Alberta. Had to find some comfort food for a visitor from Poland, Kotlet = Schnitzel and their schnitzel is on point. Everything we tried was delicious, even as we branched out to the less standard fair (the scallops were amazing!). It all managed to be both satisfying/filling comfort food without being 'heavy'. Already planning a return trip to try the fondue...

A bit overrated. Having lived in Switzerland I can tell you that you should smell the cheese drown the block if it's as authentic as in Switzerland. I couldn't taste the garlic or nutmeg. Usually eating fondue is like drinking good white wine with strong smelly cheese like VACHERIN FRIBOURGEOIS.Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong order, plain pork schnitzel. Total cost fondue and 1 plate of plain schnitzel plus beer and wine was $70.00 not including tip. I wish more restaurants would give more authenticity and stop catering to bland American tastes.

This place is amazing. The French onion soup was the best I ever had. Salmon with dill was cooked to perfection, so tender. It was the best salmon I’ve ever had. Fondue was good, even their house-made sauces were splendid.Service was impeccable. She was very attentive and kind <3Thank you SO much for a great experience.

Food was okay. Service was nice, but tables are all extremely close to eachother and it's super quiet. Awkward and super bright lighting.

I’ve walked past this little spot on Alberta for years and never thought to try it until now. And boy have I’ve been missing out!The food is absolutely delicious: a soft warm roll with their signature house made sauces; crisp, fresh, and simple green salad; perfectly cooked chicken Wienerschnitzel with browned butter and lemon, served with warm Spätzli, which I had never tired before but loved; warm profiteroles that you’ll want to eat more of even though you’re full! I also appreciated the selection of Swiss wines, which is definitely something I haven’t seen on a menu before. All of this topped off with warm, kind, and friendly staff who are more than happy to answer questions and help you decide what to try. I am so glad I finally made the time to try this spot out; I can’t wait to come back and work through all the other items on the menu and try some of their specials! Don’t wait on this place like I did, you won’t regret spending an evening here.

Make a reservation for this cozy place with a relaxing atmosphere and very delicious food. Staff is friendly and had great recommendations. First time I've ever had fondue and it did not disappoint. Don't leave without trying the raspberry tart.

Wanted to go here for years and finally made it! All of our food was perfect. Service interaction was a little awkward with a mix of counter service and table service, but everyone was friendly. Will definitely be visiting again.
