Airport Way Taco Bell location is hands down the best Taco Bell in Portland. Workers are friendly and accommodating, food is consistent, order is right.

Great place to get a snack while waiting in the cellphone waiting area for someone to arrive at the airport. The parking lot was busy but free. The staff were polite and helpful. The food was good. Their app. Didn't work and finally just went in and ordered. So much fun saving money when the app has trouble sending your order. They have WiFi.

Most disgusting establishment! Filthy dirty, bathrooms always dirty out of hand soap all the time. Employees dont wash thier hands. Awful management! Treats employees and thiet families like garbage! I recomend you dont eat or work here you will get food poisoning and if an employee never get paid!

Took an hour to get a SINGLE burrito that was COLD and not even appetizing after the first bite. Cheese wasn’t melted on it. Toook a bite into it, tasted moldy and not even close to any of the other locations I’ve been to. ? if you’re smart you’ll read the reviews and think “HARD PASS” and not waste a dime or penny on any of this food that is given from this specific location. It’s clear these people don’t like their job or held to a standard.

While doing Uber Eats yesterday evening. I arrived at 6:59 p.m., it did not leave until after 7:45 p.m. waiting on a order for Brett. The staff was lackadaisical unfocused the prep area was a disaster The soda area was not checked on in almost an hour that I have been there just a mess. There was a family that was traveling back to Charleston and I overheard them saying how long they waited which was well almost to an hour they were waiting 5 minutes before I walked in so that sounds about right. The staff got into arguments about who's doing what on their braids. At one point no one was working Just the girl take it orders. It was horrific if you do not have to go here do not go here. One of the people traveling back to Charleston went across the parking lot to the Kobe ramen place order their food brought it back shared with his family ate and their food still wasn't ready. Horrific. Had I had not been working for Uber Eats I would have not waited nearly 50 minutes for a fast food order. Slow and slow can be and gross. Horrific service The whole experience was horrific.

I Love Taco Bell...been to a lot of locations. Some great, some not so great. This was by far, speed and service related, the ABSOLUTE WORST Tbell experience I have had.For the amount of cars in the Drive-Thru at this location (5 including mine), the relative wait time was by far the longest/slowest experience I have ever had with fast food, it even eclipsed one time at a McDonalds in Florida that hurts my soul every time I think about it, but at least I was with friends at the time.With 4 cars ahead of me, it took 47 minutes to get to the window. No one in front of me had more than 1 bag of food. One person had 2 drinks, and another had 1 drink. Once at the window, I waited 11 minutes, for 1 item (chicken quesadilla), no special instructions. Cheese was barely melted on pieces that had it, the biggest piece which was about 1/3 of the quesadilla had less than 10% of it with any cheese/chicken/sauce on it at all. The drive thru employee at the window was on their phone most of the time, laughing occasionally and chatting with someone who would come out of the back/kitchen area once in a while to talk for a minute or 2 then return. They only opened the window to hand the food out without saying anything and quickly closed the window after. Also was given less and completely incorrect sauces (cantina quesadilla, only received 1 sour cream instead of spicy ranch and the jalapeno sauce).I have never started a review prior to my experience being completed before this and usually give places another chance before I post a negative review (I mostly give high star reviews to places I enjoy so others can as well) but I felt obligated here to share this awful visit.Only pros: Location near airport/cell phone waiting areaDefinitely do NOT recommend going (at least in DT) before a flight. Any other reason to visit... Just don't

Been sitting in the drive through for 35 minutes so far… absolutely ridiculous. Ended up backing out of the drive through after they told the car behind me that THEY WERE NO LONGER TAKING ORDERS. AT 9:20PM. FLIPPING RIDICULOUS! ? ?

The word terrible comes to mind, and yes, it is Taco Bell. To separate visits,ordered 3 taco Supremes. And twice I did not get 3 taco supremes. Also bring a sleeping bag if you dine in, you will be waiting.

READ REVIEW BEFORE GOING!!!!!!!!!If I could give it a 0 I would! Never experienced bad customer service like this place. No accountability for their wrong doing or even a "sorry". Waiting to get my order taken from the drive thru for about 25min without a response so we asked "do we place order here?" clearly they heard but decided not to respond. Thinking maybe the machine is down we decided to drive up and continued to wait another 10mins. When approached we explained the situation and all we get is "you will have to drive around and get back into line" (5 cars already behind us) No care in the world with her response. Worse thing is that she's the manager. WILL NEVER RETURN.

Worst taco bell ever. Staff was incredibly rude. Threw bag of food on counter and walked away. Stood there for 5 minutes while they very carefully avoided looking at us. Finally got their attention to request the drinks we ordered and some hot sauce. Rolled her eyes and hurrled a handful of random spice packets in the bag and gave us 4 drink cups. We only ordered 2. Is there a zero rating for service?

DON’T RECOMMEND! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! LADY THAT WAS TAKING MY ORDER WAS VERY RUDE! “ANYTHING ELSE!” I asked for extra jalapeños and she told me I had to pay (obviously). I said okay but then tells me that I need to go park and come inside because their system only allows them to do 1 transaction per vehicle.
