Horrible location. Been 4 times- twice as an actual customer and twice as a DoorDash driver picking up someone else’s food. Every time I walk in I’m flat out ignored . 3-4 employees will look you in your face and not say a word to you. As a DoorDash driver, I’m standing there for at least 7-8 minutes before someone even acknowledges me. Then, I get no more communication whatsoever about the order status, nothing. The staff is unpleasant always scowling at anyone who walks in. Each time I get fed up and walk directly out the door. The worst!!!

This joint is good, no cap and I'm sure lots of people have came here and been satisfied with their service... But I'm going to give this one another 5 out of 5. Just because it's close by and it's convenient when I'm feeling for Taco Bell.... "Yo quiero Taco Bell". Stood at the lobby counter for 30 minutes WITHOUT any acknowledgement from employees. Placed order through app. The only reason I even got my order was because they gave my order to a drive thru customer and I heard one of the line cook employees tell the window employee - that order was for the lobby when they get here (remember I've been standing there for 30 minutes at this point unacknowledged); so the window employee chased it down (while I'm standing in the lobby) took it back to the back proceeding to ignore me and chew the line cook out for not communicating clearly who orders are for - meanwhile I'm still standing there ignored and say "That's my order!" they just toss it on the pickup shelves instead of giving it to me, no apologies or anything, and my order was missing the crave box.
Consistently good food, when they get your order right. Mine was not.

Same great food every where you go. Today my soft tacos stuck to the paper wrapping, something that I have never had happen before. I was not happy having my tacos shredded.

Horrible location. Placed the order and it took 21 minutes to make. Employees were arguing using bad language and even dropped food on the floor and had to remake the food. They were plying around so much. At 17 minutes into waiting, one of the employees yells out, can you drop potatos and fries and we still needed to wait. Couldn't they have done that 15 minutes ago. All they did was talk to each other and take forever to make the food. By the way, there was 1 car in the drive thru and no orders in front of me at the location. Unbelievable bad service which is consistent.
