I like the start up sandwich and the snowy mocha made with Ghirardelli powder.

I usually enjoy this coffee shop, but my recent visit was disappointing. The staff member who took my order didn’t know what a cortado was, which I understand not everyone knows, but her demeanor and condescending tone were unpleasant. Despite offering to google the recipe, she dismissed it by simplifying it as "basically a latte," which isn't accurate since cortados have a lot less milk. From my previous experiences here, ordering a cortado has never been an issue before, and other baristas here know how to make it. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience.

The coffee and espresso are not to my liking. I like the more robust richness of a dark roast.I also like how they monitor and reply to issues. Shows respect to those that come in.

This is a great spot - good coffee, really nice staff. Whole place is clean and relaxed.Except - for some reason whoever is in charge of the music LOVES middle school dance hits. I’m at a coffee shop trying to read, I don’t want to listen to sandstorm. Eiffel 65 just doesn’t hit the same when im trying to study.

Baristas were great, the company really needs to be honest about when they serve food though. “Breakfast sandwiches served all day” is just false advertising when they turn the ovens off at 4:30 (an hour and a half before closing). The coffee also tastes burnt.

I love their coffee so much. I will drive across town, past all the gross coffee (SB), to get to the delicious Human Bean. Mmmmm. I even brought 2 pounds of beans home with me because all we have is the gross coffee place where I live.

On a cold, rainy day, I was getting my car tires rotated, so I had a couple hours to explore the area. And I stumbled upon this inviting place. It had a drive-thru, yet was unnecessary as I was car-less. I walked in and was delighted to see there was plenty of seating with music playing in the background. It was very earth-tone color like the hot chocolate I ordered. They provided you with a chocolate covered bean. The drink itself was thoroughly chocolately like I was drinking milk chocolate out of the scene from Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. Furthermore, the internet speed was fast like a cheetah.

Not sure if management can see this, but please play the music in the NE location less loud. I get that's likely cheaper than other music or rather the rights have been purchased to play it, but with 4 gigantic speakers inside, I can barely hear my meeting even with noise cancelling headphones. Staff is great, coffee is great, but for the love of god please reduce the volume of the acoustic cover of "radioactive" by imagine dragons )X.
