They might have limited hours, but Waffle City is a must try on Mississippi Ave. I enjoyed the New York Waffle. Fluffy waffle topped with strawberry cheesecake.

We had the Boston waffle with PB&J, bananas, and whipped cream. It was delicious and the perfect size as a dessert for two people. Fluffy and light, and just filling enough. The covered portion of the patio was cozy on a rainy winter's day, while still giving a fun food cart vibe. Highly recommend.

We stopped by Waffle City this morning on our way out of town and were thoroughly impressed. First impression walking up is a very cozy vibe, and the cook/owner I presume immediately greeted us with a smile and welcome. My husband and I each got a waffle, mine the Tokyo and his the Honolulu, and I can tell you hands down this is the BEST waffle we both have ever had. The quality of every single piece of produce on the meal was perfect. The waffle mixture itself was delicious and flavorful, and the presentation was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend making a stop here, we know we will be coming back soon!!!

Really laid back, amazing outdoor and indoor space, really creative art, very inclusive, the most friendly people to interact with. Amazing food, get the in house made green sauce on your savory you wont be dissapointed. The waffles as a base to all the dishes is genius. This small business is doing it right, to miss this place would be remiss.
This place is a hidden gem.The menu is all about waffles. I ordered the Oregon and had Canadian bacon, beef sausage and eggs on the most tastiest waffle I ever had.Im surprised how quiet this place was in comparison to other breakfast places in the area.The folks behind the counter were incredibly nice and I am absolutely a place to bring out of towners.
