This tea room is in the Lan Su Chinese Garden. You order at the counter and they will bring your order to your table. I sat outside by the koi pond, where I had a lovely shaded table and a great view of the dragonflies, water lilies, lotus, and koi. I had the pickled vegetables salad and licorice tea. The restaurant section of this beloved Belmont establishment had been closed for three whole years during COVID, but recently they opened. All the old favorites are back on the menu again, and the service is more friendly and well-timed than before. If you're in town for a visit, and you love tea, visit this unique teahouse. The ambiance alone is worth the trip!
