I loved these tamales! The cart doesn't look like much but inside is really kind workers and delicious tamales.

Originally from Texas therefore I'm used to tamales being available way more than I've seen in Oregon. While walking around the food truck park, I see tamales and I march straight ahead to grab me some. I was disappointed :( the had the pork tamales, and it was bad. The masa almost just dissolves in your mouth instantly? No bite to it? It's hard to explain, but not the texture I've ever had before and not one I cared for. The pork filling also didn't have flavor, as if it wasn't seasoned enough, but the tamale was filled proportionately. Additional star for how nice the guy was at the truck!

Straightforward, had the pork tamale, needs more flavor/ seasoning, some spice!!; was mushy, needs to be firmer., not the im used to. Flavor: 1/5 Staff attitude : 5/5 friendly people

I was craving a good tamale and saw this place and thought I'd give it a try. The lady at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. I got a pepper jack cheese and jalapeño tamale. It was so good! Definitely didn't skimp on the cheese and the masa was very well seasoned. Definitely I will be back to try the other flavors. They also have dessert flavors! Ok

The tamales have authentic flavor and the rice and beans have no competition. So good. Friendly, no frills customer service. I highly recommend.
