I highly recommmend this place. Really great for a small group going out for drinks and entrees; or a cozy intimate date. Excelent classy atmosphere, music and decor. Nice selection of drinks and cocktails including some fancy ones. Good selection of cheese plates, and Katie and Juan-Martin at the bar will prepare any cocktail you fancy. Entry door a bit hidden: enter the Loyal Legion, head for the kitchen, and the open door to the left with no sign and going downstairs will take you there.

Wonderful little underground bar. Moodily lit and apparently decorated with an eccentric grandma's knick knacks. Staff are lovely and pay a real attention to making a good cocktail. Best whisky sour I had in a while. Great venue for a party.

Excellent crafty cocktails with their own twist! Super cool atmosphere in a fun speakeasy setting. Who doesn't love a speakeasy? Our host/server was super attentive and kind. Our drinks came quickly and they immediately gave us water and were attentive throughout. I wanted to make a reservation but since I had a dinner reservation at Kann for the same evening Resy wouldn't let me. On a Thursday evening around 7:30 though we didn't have a problem grabbing a seat. When we left around 40 minutes later seemed like it was getting a bit busier. Would definitely recommend!

Voysey is decent Portland speakeasy. It's the basement of Loyal Legion. Not a secret door. Just an unmarked stairway inside the restaurant. The decor shows some effort. The seating areas are cool. But there's an essential ingredient missing: A passion for craft cocktails. The wait staff mix the drinks. They're doing the job. PDX Bible Club is head and shoulders better. Excellent cocktail bar hidden under loyal legion. They have a small menu of house cocktails. They change for the season, currently they are Christmas oriented. The atmosphere is fun and their service is great. Overall a good time. They also have a bit of food, mostly snack items.
