Cookies for lunch!? Yes please. Nearly everytime I'm at the food carts, I must get a cookie from this place....well, usually 4 actually. They're nice and big and perfectly baked and served warm. Leftover cookies in the air fryer = amazing.

This cart is a gift. I'm a total Cookie Monster who has ordered cookie delivery all over the country to try to find the perfect one. They're actually right here! We still aren't comfortable going out to eat anywhere, but I have now ordered delivery from here twice. I am so glad they are on DoorDash now. Even though the cart is almost five miles away, the cookies taste and feel like they came out of the oven moments ago. All of the cookies I've tried have been incredible, but my favorite is probably the s'mores. You gotta try it. I'm writing this on Halloween and they included an adorable little candy bag with the order. All around great food and with a special touch.

My kids and I LOVE these cookies! They ask for "punch cookies" as they lovingly call them quite often. The owner is an amazing human and her cookies are equally amazing! Our family favorite is the s'mores, I always have to get extra of those when the kids are home or I won't get one! Big, goey and utterly delicious you won't be disappointed! Still great the next day or two, but trust me they won't be around that long, ours never are! We eat them way too fast! Craving something sweet? Order cookies from We Are Baked, you'll be glad you did!

I would like to preface this review adding that the customer service and presentation was terrific. The cookies came in the box neatly packaged with a lovely little note that said "Thanks Aidan!" which made me smile. This review is solely based on the product and NOT the people of We Are Baked: I hate to be the only non-5 star review, really I do. However, I am honestly questioning if all of Portland has ever tried an actual delicious cookie. I am a cookie connoisseur, I bake cookies all time myself and believe I have pretty much nailed the chocolate chip cookie. I have tried cookies from all over world, and I was very excited to try what seems to be a renowned cookie. I received my cookies cold, which I would not necessarily blame on the bakery since I ordered through Postmates. When I got the cookies I tried the s'mores cookie cold and thought to myself, It must need to be warm. After warming the cookie it still seemed to missing something. I went on to the Raspberry chocolate cookie knowing that I am a chocolate lover, anything chocolate I love. Biting into the cookie anticipating match made in heaven of chocolate with a blast raspberry at the end. Again, I was disappointed and hardly found the taste of raspberry. Finally, the chocolate chip cookie, a cookie I have a unique relationship with, a cookie I have made memories with, a cookie that I cherish. I have seen the Chocolate chip cookie in many different forms, big, small chunks, and chips. My old friend, the cookie I always find myself returning to, surly this cookie would be able to turn this experience around. Unfortunately, this cookie was the worst of them all. I have had better cookies from the grocery store. I was unbelievably disappointed and feel that the Chocolate Chip cookie deserves better than this. Not all hope is lost for this place, maybe I got a bad batch, maybe they are best served from the window of the cart. I would consider changing this review if I happen to try "we are baked" in the future. As of now, I will be on the quest for a real cookie in my new home of Portland, one that reminds me of simpler times. Where a person could walk in to a store have seat and eat, pardon my French, a damn good cookie.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. Delicious, creative flavors, friendly and hilarious owner, and great price for MASSIVE cookies. I ordered a bunch for my wedding, and my Grandfather, who isn’t a huge fan of sweets, apparently snuck a second cookie in his pocket when he thought no one was looking! If that doesn’t tell you these cookies are great, I don’t know what will. I’m always looking forward to the next unique flavor they come up with. Highly recommend.

Ohhhhhh MY GOSH! THESE ARE THE BEST COOKIES EVER. Warm or cold! Where else can you get fresh ingredients, handmade, deliciousness in a short 10 minutes? No mess. Nothing to clean up. Just get in the car and drive down. BOOM. Pure YUM!

These are, hands down, the BEST cookies in the world!! Better than Crumbl, better than Grandma's, better than anyone!! I order these on Postmates weekly and they are straight from the oven, still warm when they get to me. There's a reason this place has 5 STARS!! AMAZING!!!!!
