What's up: The next destination on our Distillery Row Passport adventure! This time, it brought us towards Wild Roots. Parking: Paid street parking. Environment: The place was empty when we arrived. It has a very open feel to the place with all the large glass walls so you can see the outside. To enter, we had to ring the doorbell where the staff member came and let us in. There's a couch seating area as well as the tasting counter where we sat. We picked a couple of drinks to try out. There's also merch available along the back wall, near the restrooms. What was ordered: - Peppermint Hot Chocolate (spiked peppermint hot chocolate?!...so dangerous but oh so yummy hahaha) - Maple Bourbon (sweet! Just like pancakes) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The hot chocolate was awesome if you like hot chocolate, you can barely taste the alcohol so it can definitely sneak up on you. Credit cards are accepted.

Wild roots was cool. I have had their offerings and enjoyed them, but had not made the trip to the tasting room. Its a decent looking building. It was around a ton of cool coffee shops. The person in the shop was really nice. My wife grabbed a drink and I grabbed a flight, I believe mostly whiskey. The whiskey was pretty tasty, but in the end the one I wanted was a little more than I had to spend at the time on this trip. I was curious about a few of the vodkas, but I am not a huge vodka fan so it would sit for a while. I did like the stuff I tasted, but my whiskey shelf is already out of control, so maybe next time I will grab one.

Had a great visit to the tasting room. service was prompt, but we were the only ones there. I love all their vodkas. I wish they had food, without, it makes the visit very limited.

Absolutely amazing! Nicely laid out inside, my friend and I got the cocktail flights which were delicious and well priced. Had a great conversation with the bartender and left with some bottles for myself. I'll definitely be back!

We stopped here on a whim and stayed for a while. The seasonal cocktail flight was a group favorite. The room is open, with lots of natural light. Even on a cold and rainy day, this place was bright and energizing. Wild Roots was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend you stop in the next time you're in the neighborhood.

my best friend made reservations here for 2pm for her 30th birthday as we're driving in 1:45 the place looks dead as hell no sign of life. confirmation email saying we been confirmed and set for today. not even a sign saying stepping away for lunch nothing completely dead like ???? no email nothing. we were so pumped for this place unfortunate this happened

A quick drop in after walking across the Burnside Bridge, I decided to taste a flight of five fruit infused vodkas - Huckleberry, Peach, Pear, Dark Cherry and Marion Berry Infused vodkas. They were incredibly fruity, my favorites were Peach and Pear. I liked the minimalistic aesthetic that wasn't antiseptic. It was open, and bright with natural light through its many windows (Love natural light). The only unfun, awkward thing was I was the only customer and the "Spirit Guide" decided to work on the computer instead of talk story. In the awkwardness, I nearly took this flight like a flight of shots versus intentional tasting. It was difficult for me not to equate it with me being a brown patron.

They have plenty of flavours to choose from and also make tasty cocktails. We got the vodka and cocktail flight. Loved the vibes at this place - bright and fun.

If you are ever in downtown Portland you have to stop at Wild Roots Spirits. Steven is awesome great bartender very knowledgeable about the vodka. On that note DARN GOOD VODKA and good gin.
