This review pertains specifically to the care received by Shirley Ma. My daughter went in to have an IUD put in. Shirley's energy was great from the start. She was warm and very communicative. She answered any questions and thoroughly explained everything happening during the procedure. She was encouraging to my daughter and talked her through each step. We are both so grateful for such a positive experience and relieved to receive such excellent care. Thank you!
I really like the midwives I've met with here but it's IMPOSSIBLE to call the office. I was on hold for 2 hours when all I needed was to set up a lab appointment (which can't be done online) I'm still waiting for a referral to go through, I've sent messages through the portal (still unanswered) and I'm dreading calling and being put on an endless hold.

I had my first baby here and it was exactly the kind of care I needed and wanted. I was so thankful to have a much more hands off approach and no pressure to have extra and unnecessary medical interventions and medications. Everything worked out perfectly and the ladies working after I gave birth were very helpful and kind.
