Went here for a Xmas get together with friends. The service was wonderful, but many other things were off. The lights that constantly change colors are very annoying and change the colors of the food to very weird shades - making things not too appetizing. The food came out very scattered. Many of us ordered the Tuesday special tacos and every single taco came out on a different plate at different times. Perfect spot for a drink to end the day. Views are fantastic, bartender was great. Menu was not super appealing for me so I haven't order anything but they have some variety and prices were reasonable.One of the best rooftops I've been in Portland, definetely coming back soon.

Upscale lounge overlooking the beautiful Portland downtown. It was a perfect place to catch up with friends, the drinks were really good. The food was standard, nothing special. I really enjoyed the flatbread. We grabbed our drinks and went outside to look at the view even though all the tables were taken outside, you are allowed to wander around. Overall a good experience, definitely want to come back on a warm summer night.
