I have lost my love for this place. It was my favorite for many, many years. The food quality has gone down, and they have gone through many different iterations of what they are. I got a falafel sandwich a few months ago, and it was 2 out of 5 stars. The flavor was different and dull. It was not crisp or delicous like it used to be. The prices have gone up, and portion size has gone down. You have to buy pita bread separately. It did not used be like that. I have had many other things there, too, but they were meh. I will always like their prepackaged hummus and labneh. Just not their cooked meals. Street parking. Staff are usually friendly and order at the counter.

Ridiculously expensive... the food was flavorless and the meat was extremely tough, overcooked, and felt like poor quality. I find it 100% unexepytable to charge $4 for a can of Diet Coke... and for the absolutely flavorless plate, they claim you receive Grilled Pita.... It is a quarter of a whole pita and is not made fresh... the only thing that was decent about this place was the service from the counter. Service non existent after they take your money. We spent over $60 here, was beyond disappointed and now honestly feel sick to our stomach. I am baffled that this place is still in business. Hopefully you guys can rethink your approach and actually become a sustainable neighborhood restaurant. Shame on you guys.... Really really disappointed. Will never return and will strongly urge others to do the same.

The food was okay, not great. The real problem was that they got our order wrong. We ordered dark meat, got white. Ordered tahini instead of hummus but got neither. This was takeout so I can't talk about the ambiance. It looked like it was busy though.

Food was over cooked and wasn't fresh. We shared a plate and left basically everything. The cider on tap was completely flat.

I really don't know how this place stays in business. The takeout orders are never ready when promised. This last time, I was told 15 minutes, but at 30 minutes the cooks still had not even started and were standing there chatting. I was told, "sorry, yours was the first order of the day," but they were getting other orders out. Shouldn't the first order placed be the first order served?

Came here today for lunch with a friend. A really kind man provided us with excellent service. He was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of throughout our two hour lunch, which meant a lot to me as an expectant mother. Really had a lovely experience. Looking forward to returning soon.

Very bummed out that there’s no table service. Why stand in line to sit in a place that used to be such a great place to enjoy a meal? Not worth it anymore, unless I want something to go.

We drove a bit this weekend to try this place out, because it has so many good reviews. I am completely baffled by the positive reviews for this place. The staff was nice enough, service was very slow, and the food was completely without flavor. There were no spices at all. We were actually shocked at how little flavor there was in any of our dishes, the chicken kebab plate, the chicken shawarma wrap, the rice. I don’t think the hummus even had garlic in it. The baba ghanoush was decent, but served cold. We will not be back.

Ok, I know that it is expensive to eat out now. I'm aware. But holy heck we shared lunch and it was close to 40 dollars. It's a bit of a surprise to pay 8 dollars for 2 cans of diet cola! Exactly what accounts for that?? And it seems so obvious that pita should come with the Mezza Sampler. How would we eat boba goanoush and hummus without pita? Geez, why not go ahead and price the sampler at 18.50 instead of 16. So disengenious to price this way. We were two people sharing this so I had to go up to the kitchen and beg for another plate and napkins. Utensils, napkins and extra plates are now hidden, I presume as some sort of dish washing and money-saving tactic. The food was fine, I would give three stars, but I'm knocking off a star because staff not friendly and it is so overpriced.

Very clean place.Simple decoration.Slow service. The food doesn’t meet the Lebanese standards (The Shawarma, Falafel and hummus were tasteless)There is not an Arabic person in the kitchen staff. And the “Fairuz” songs are too much, which make the place depressing more than it already is.Parking: Probably you need to circle the area around 4 times to get a spot

Not sure what to say about this hippy joint. The food was not quite even marginal. It was bad. Terrible bread - thin and flavorless but inoffensive. The meats are offensive: the chicken reeked of vinegar and the lamb was horrific - as if someone dug it out of the back of the cooler. The hummus is worse than a grocery. Not sure how this place survives but it had quite a few happy local hippies enjoying their Sunday lunch. Run away!

Went there today and all 4 of us got sick. Nausea, diarrhea and kids both with stomach upset. Thought they were supposed to wear gloves in the kitchen but the woman plopping our food onto dishes was bare handed. At one point she dumped all the lettuce back into clean lettuce bin from a dirty plate, then put the dirty plate back with the clean dishes. Waited so long I wondered if they forgot our table. There was hardly anyone there, just 2 other tables, but one was a large family and staff was overwhelmed. Took 30+ minutes to get silverware, then another 15 minutes for a couple bowls of cold soup and kabobs. They sat on plates for a while as staff joked and talked in the kitchen. The lentil soup was very thick like glue and no resemblance to lentils, cooked into oblivion. Lamb kabobs were very very well done and chewy with grizzle. Mediocre food but great location.
