It's a new Arby's location so it was clean throughout. Food was as expected and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were fair and ample parking. What appeared to be the manager was the only issue. Openly yelling at staff in front of customers. Belittling attitude and tacky behavior that was unprofessional at least. Staffing issues are likely to persist as long as she is working there.
We have gone to Arby's twice just recently. The food both times was excellent as was the service. This is our new favorite restaurant of this type in Prineville. We will be back.

Very impressed with this location. We were acknowledged by staff as soon as we walked through the door, our food was delivered almost before we had time to sit down, and it was hot and fresh. The place was clean and tidy with staff sweeping floors etc while we were there. Great experience!
