Ordered a cold cut combo. What I received was a dry bologna sandwich. I called to let them know that I did not get what I ordered. The employee.was rude and did not take care of the issue.

Not impressed Im used to being able to see the meats and cheeses and here there hidden behind a stainless steel cover and all there veggies were soggy and the staff was not helpful I think it was all there first

Decent sandwich prepared by young workers with good attitudes. Sandwiches are nearly twice as expensive as they once were and have less ingredients. Thus is the norm for many these days.

Have been trying to order a catering order for days now, have called repeatedly with no answer. Drove by noticed no one in line or in the restaurant so I thought this was going to be my time to reach someone to take my order, called and yet AGAIN no answer with no one in the restaurant.My business will forever from now on go to sandwich factory. Great service, great food and ALWAYS answers the phone.

I can not point this out enough....PLEASE STOP SQUISHING THE SANDWHICHES.They should be wrapped taught, not squished to oblivion. They're sandwiches until you squish them and then everything becomes a wrap now doesn't it?While we're on the subject, what's with this particular subway not accepting subway coupons or honoring the ads on TV? That feels cheap IMO. The inside of this place hasnt changed in 15 years. It needs a major make over. This is a small Subway. It would not take that much money to remodel and update the inside.Maybe take the opportunity to step into the current century and get some better hygienic counter tops, a proper dish washer and maybe some outdoor dining. You have all this extra space not being used while the inside feels like a cramped mess. If you want people to eat there, you have to make it so THEY want to eat there. I'm just saying, so much room not being utilized.The owner must be extremely cheap to not even have a proper dish washer. Some of the people that work there are pretty great. Mostly very helpful and courteous which is why this place gets the stars it gets. They are keeping this place alive.All in all its not a bad place. It could make a LOT more money if it would get updated. A little investment goes a long way.And before you say anything. I know you have outdoor seating, but it's an after thought at best. Spend a little money, get some umbrellas, make the benches look a little nicer and promote the space. Little things like this could be the difference between an extra 50k a year.

We’ve been ordering here for over 25 years, however for the past 4 years there’s been a lady that cocks an attitude any time we order more than 1 sandwich. I usually order 4-8 sandwiches for a group of people, and this lady rolls her eyes and says crude things, as if she’s entertaining a crowd and I’m the butt of the joke. Not a pleasant experience. I’ve ordered online and she said things to me too when any of us go in to pick the sandwiches up.

Ordered online. It wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. Waited, got the order, went home. The order is wrong (not double protein). Called in to get refunded the $3.00 and was told that all they can do is have me DRIVE BACK so they can add what they forgot and charged me for. No refund on what I paid extra for.No thanks, that's ridiculous. I placed the order online to save time and for convenience but this was anything but. Come on management ?

I ordered online, and I tried to get 'The Beast' sandwich which comes with all sorts of meats and all I got was pepperoni and cheese.I took my sandwich home and took a bite. I immediately noticed it was wrong I took back and they took my already chewed on food and just threw a couple pieces of meat on the same sandwich and called it good. Kinda irritating.

I love Subway, but they have gone downhill. The staff does seem to be nicer with the newer ones. I wish they would have given my husband more than 6 Jalapeños on only one side of his footlong. I also wish they would add more meat and veggies to their sandwiches like they used too. It's still a decent sandwich though.
