Average food, barely average service, can't really expect much more than average from an Applebee's, this one is no different than the rest.

Really has improved over the years. Used to be a bad place to eat (Redmond location specifically) but they must have gotten new management because the place is clean and the employees are good at their jobs. Food and service quality has seen a dramatic increase and I recommend it now ?

The food is always good. The employees are always friendly. The only issue is that they seemed understaffed. Our waitress disappeared during our meal. I'm thinking she was on break. The other staff tried very hard to fill the gap but there were just too many customers to handle on their own. I love Applebee's and I hope they will stay in our town.

Edited review after literally the worst meal I've ever had at a restaurant. Everything was cold, first steak way over cooked, second was raw, no water refills, salad rotten, ignored by waiter, one entire meal was wrong, green beans were mush, I could go on... Ugh. Just awful! Never again ??♀️

Steak was so over cooked it was chewy. (We asked for medium well)And then the big pile of burnt stuff was my kids burger.They brought the fries later because the first batch was “nasty” is what we were told.We didn’t eat anything but the bread sticks (appetizers) and they tried to charge us 50% of our whole dinner…I didn’t pay anything besides the breadsticks.There explanation is “we’re almost closing (1hr 20mins before closing) and the cook are just rushing because we are about to close the kitchen.)No excuse who ever cooked this doesn’t know how to cook.

My retirement community is coming to your restaurant today, but after reading the reviews (most recent 6 months ago) I do not see a good reason to make the trip from Bend. Ihope things have improved. However since the last review has been several months ago, I'm skeptical.Marc
Great service! The young man was training and still did a very good job! Got the "all you can eat" boneless chicken wings and pigged out! You definitely don't need the French fries but they are still good. We did exactly what we were supposed to do. We ate and talked with friends. You don't go to Applebee's for a $40 steak. You go to Applebee's just to hang out and have fun! (Woke up around midnight wanting more wings!)

Applebees has gone down with the service.. they don’t ask if you want a refill or if you want anything else. The WORST! This was the 3d attempt, gave it a try and it keeps getting worst.. it gives you the feeling that it’s just a money laundering/front.

It's Applebee's. Decent food, atmosphere is the same no matter which one you walk into. They do a good job of offering healthy options too.
