We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant in the Bend-Redmond Airport. (We use this airport frequently, but since we're usually in and out on a tight schedule, we never stop to eat). My husband ordered a Breakfast Burrito and I ordered their Greek Salad. Both were outstanding. Our service was very good, too, and the restaurant looked very neat, clean and well organized. Oh my gosh! What a pleasant surprise. I was super hungry and didn't find anything quick and easy to grab on my way to the airport. The only choice left was Avalon Aeropub. You won't see it at the airport unless you go to the second level in the departure area.This place is good enough to go early and have a nice simple meal before your flight.
