The staff was friendly and wait times were reasonable.Unfortunately the food was lacking. The brisket was dry and rubbery. There was little smoke flavor. The burnt ends suffered the same problem. The baby back ribs were slightly better, but still on the dry side.

Had a nice Friday evening dinner.Staff was friendly and quick to take care of customers.They have done a good job converting the building into a comfortable restaurant.Nice outdoor patio with fireplace.Lots to choose from on the full bar menu.Dinner was a prime rib with all the sides and a buffalo chicken salad.Both were really good. To much to eat so we've got lunch for the next..We will be back again..?

Spent almost $400 on catering. None of the meal was fresh, none of the meat was even warm. Sides were cold and poorly made. Bad experience.

Recently purchased catweing for a work event and the bbq was really tasty, fresh and was a big hit with everyone. Wpuld definitely recommend for catering. The staff was very helpful amd accommodating.

I used to love Baldy's food, but lately it has gone way downhill. I used to get a pulled pork sandwich that was topped high and well worth the money. But now, I can barely see the pulled pork between the 2 buns. It's a joke. Waste of money. Try Red Beard BBQ or Manzanita Grill instead of going here, way better smoked meat and way larger portions.

The brisket is where it's at! But all the food is seriously amazing. My go-to is the brisket sandwich. Also love the Mac & cheese & add pulled pork to it. Great indoor & outdoor seating with a yard area for corn hole. Service is always fantastic. Thanks for the happy full bellies!
