I was very impressed!It seems to be difficult to find good bagels anywhere in the PNW but this place was it.They had a really good selection of bagels, cream cheese and even breakfast and lunch sandwich options.I was excited to see they had a sundried tomato bagel, which is a fave. I ordered that with the garlic herb cream cheese and it was delicious!Anyway, I'm guessing it's a popular place for locals since the line was out the door at times, but if you're from out of town (like we were) definitely go check it out.

Overpriced for a very mediocre bagel. Last I heard they don’t even boil the bagels, which I believe is why they end up with a texture that is not very good. Big o Bagels certainly doesn’t deserve the hype, if it was a good New York/ New Jersey style bagel it would be worth it.

Big o bagels is the BEST!!! They have such amazing food, drinks, and staff. Specifically, their employee Miles. He gave me advice on what bagel I should get (the one he recommended was immaculate) and made me the most delicious iced latte I've ever had. Haven't seen customer service that incredible in a very long time. His parents must be proud!

They tend not to listen to your full order. I ordered an eye opener and asked for lettuce, tomato and mayo on the sandwich, and this is the third time that I get home and open it up to see nothing but egg and cheese…so irritating.

The people working the counter are not very friendly, and amazingly slow.I ordered 6 beagles and it took over an hour to get them made. They also made other people's food and sent them out the door that came in after me. Some high-school kids came in almost 30 mins after I put my order in and they all got in and out before I ever got my food.Unacceptable!! Will not be back until they can get thier stuff together.
Would love to give 5 stars but at 12:30 they were out of most of their popular bagel flavors. I would say sesame bagels are always a favorite SO MAKE MORE PLEASE!

The bagels are fantastic and I'd love to frequent the place more, however if there is even a small line (3-5 people) you can expect to wait 20-30 minutes (sometimes 40), which is simply too long if you're just trying to grab a bagel and go.I've been coming to this location occasionally over the last year and this has been consistent.Owners: staff your Redmond location accordingly, or improve your system so your employees can be more productive. It'll pay for itself.Disappointing as the bagels are really great, they have some unique flavor options, and the employees are very friendly and obviously doing their best.I'd love to visit more, but I can't wait 30 minutes for a bagel everyday.

Disturbing Observation... first let me begin that there were three of us in our group. We ordered different bagel types (chocolate chip, onion, and garlic) and the bagels were good. However don't order lox as it wont be lox... it's a cheap cream cheese with salmon-ish flavoring. The disturbing observation was watching a male employee exit from the staff door and go into a single-stall, single-person bathroom and two seconds later a female employee exit from the staff door and into the same restroom where it was then locked. Then two seconds later a third employee came from the staff door, and begin to say loudly "how middle school" and then close the staff door returning to work. So now you have two employees (male/ female albeit it could be same sex and the concern would be the same) in a single-person, single stall bathroom locked away and they remain in there during the course of our entire meal (20 minutes). When they emerge, they do so the same way they entered... one at a time. Both with big smiles. I'm a bit disturbed at this point. As we leave I ask to talk to the manager and explain my concern. The 3rd employee leaves the front with one remaining employee (who appears to be the hardest working one at this point) stranded by themselves for at least three minutes as more and more people enter the restaurant. The employee I complained to does not return to the front but the male employee who was previously in the restroom does. He approaches me laughing. I ask him for the managers info and he says he can't give me that information. Mind you the employee that I first approached has not returned and customers are still struggling to be served because only one person is in the front working. I again ask for information. The bathroom male continues to chuckle and refuse to get me info. And now this business gets this yelp review. You may think that this was some innocent two-person in a single-person, single-stall experience, but I assure you, it was not. Remember there were two single-person, single-stall bathrooms... it was the mile-high club without being a mile-high in an airplane. This is not what I came to the restaurant for... I did not need food and tasteless entertainment at the same time. I do not recommend this establishment for food; however, I do recommend the restaurant to the health department.
