If i could give negative stars, i would. Visited this location at 6:50 PM on 3/20/24. The employee who took my order has rhw worst customer service i've experienced as well as a horrible attitude. He didn't greet me at the drive through and never said anything when i pulled up to the window. Not only was he on his phone, but didn't even gove me a receipt. He should not be working there and I'm sure you're losing customers because of him.

The clerk hand me my drink and it spilled all over me. He asked, would you like another lid? I said it is all over me. And he repeated would you like another lid? I said I am soaking wet, how about some napkins. He said said oh, ok. Terrible service. Driving home soaking wet.

I ordered my bacon EXTRA crispy on my bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I ALSO confirmed when my food was handed to me if it was well done. (which they said it was) WRONG!!! It was so rubbery (*gag) and the biscuit was doughy and looked like it was barely cooked.Fast food restaurants seem more concerned about DoorDash orders and drive-thru these days, instead of good customer service for the people inside the restaurant. I will not be returning any time soon. At least my dog enjoyed the bacon.
