One star is for front end service only. Front end service always good but food?? Recently ordered my second "Bg Mac" in 30 years or more. Taste was totally bland. "Secret sauce" resembled mayo, about a teaspoon, and not what I had decades ago. Two pickle slices, some chopped ice berg, meat patties riddles with grisle including one large chunk of something.Truly trash food.Used to order Egg McMuffin on occasion until the "cook" wouldn't stop adding egg shells to the mix. More garbage.People still flock there to eat this trash. Oh, and $5.25 for a "Big Mac" is a BIG ripoff. Bygones. I'll eat a power bar instead.

I wanted a sausage McGriddle but they actually don't serve those at this location? Then why is it on the menu. So instead I ordered a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese, I get it but with no cheese.

i hate this place they said it would be1 minute for my food and it took 25 minutes this is so unacceptable so one star for me stink ape company it doesnt deserve love or any attention and i hate the service there they also took 7 extra minutes for my rootbeer in drive through

The young men behind the counter were rock stars when interacting with my 5-year-old granddaughter today. One was tall, maroon shirt, blonde hair, the other was shorter, grey jacket, and dark hair. They listened to her telling them about her Valentine's party at preschool and made her feel confident when she ventured up to the counter by herself to order a sundae. So good job guys! I appreciate your sweet spirits in making my girl happy.

I like drinking the coffee from McDonald's and I like their iced coffee hazelnut they have good food have room for the kids to play in they have TVs that you can watch good place to take your family

I like the location, but every time I go to this location they forget something. I have tried go back witch I hate doing. They always fix it and give us something, they are very nice. But I don't want to go back. I don't want something extra.

Terrible service fries were cold and old asked to remake them had attitude about it my burger was made wrong asked them to remake and more attitude have no desire to ever go back to this location needs a lot of help from service to managment

Never fresh like other Central Oregon McDonald's.. If you order more expensive items it's some times fresh.. but trying to feed a handful of kids with cheaper burgers we always get old or dry meats.. But of course i love McDonalds when there fresh.. Addicted 4 life.
