My mom brought her service dog with her. The manager constantly harrassed my mother about his services. He caused so much anxiety for my mom that I asked if we should leave. The manager, Darren said no but continued the harassment. A nice quiet dinner turned to hell.

Went here for my birthday. It used to have such a great menus and it was one of 2 of our favorite places in Redmond for that reason. We get there and the server is griping to the cook and everyone could hear. She wasn’t happy she was having to work so hard.( there was a handful of people there). Then she NEVER came back and offered more coffee, my husband had to get up and go to their station to retrieve some salsa he had requested.On the plus note since it was my bday I got the app which gave me a free piece of pie as well as my bday one and when I tried to give her the codes she said not to worry she just wasn’t going to ring them upParking: Shari’s is next to a movie theater and shares the lot with that and many other store leaving tons of optionsWheelchair accessibility: Great parking if you need wheel chair access and the doors to go in open plenty wide for an easy entry. Walk way into the place is short and not up hill
