I wish there was a zero star option. I had an issue here and spoke to a manager Matthew, he was rude and extremely aggressive to me when I explained my concerns at the window. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional and inhumane manner. Sonic should seriously reconsider having this man as an employee. Additionally he raised his voice at fellow employees.

The workers of this Sonic deserve some kind of distinguished citizens awards for the volume of customers they service. Seriously, the line is always wrapped around the building and on top of that; they rarely get orders wrong. This is a 9/10 as far as Sonics go.Just remember to have patience people. If a fast food restaurant has to put up a paper reminding people to be patient, there is something wrong with our town.

Normally, sonic is really good about making sure you have salt, condiments, and even the mint. This time I went through the drive-through, no salt no mint no fries sauce that I requested and no napkins.

I used the Sonic App to order food at least once a week. I have been impressed with how quickly my food arrives after I have parked and checked in. My go to is the chicken strips and they are usually very moist. I love their tater tots, and recently discovered their Chili Tots!

piss poor service. Drive up is well below expectations. I have to pay 10 plus dollars for a simple single patty burger and fries. I get that a burger establishment needs to make money to survive. I DO NOT THINK I should pay for sub par performance and such a small mealDEAR SONIC, GET A CLUE. I will no longer pay for shoddy drive up equipment, and not sub par performance. I don’t care that you just “like just opened so..” your bathroom should be unlocked at the time you open. I’m pregnant and have to pee and was told to wait because they “needed to take care of these customers first”. I’m one of those customers. I shouldn’t have to wait several minutes for the order to come out then to use the restroom. It was SO disgusting anyway. When’s the last time someone has cleaned that place? I’m guessing it’s not on a daily schedule. Gross.You also have the same exact copy and pasted r spines for every negative review which is priceless ? shows that you REALLY care huh
