My mother in law came into town which is bad enough, but she was kind enough to give me her free turkey bacon cheddar egg white sandwich. I ate it out pure hunger/ survival mode. It was so bad I honestly feel that you owe me and her money on free sandwich. It was that bad, just take it off your menu.

It's a Starbucks.If they ever mess up your order, politely let them know, and they take of it. If they don't, get the person's name and contact the manager or the regional manager and politely inform them of the problem. If you’re polite, you will consistently get good results.
The staff here are quick, friendly, and make great conversation! They are precise and easygoing. The attitude of the area is also calm and steady.

The person taking the order through the intercom was annoyed with me because I told her the speaker was extremely loud. She continued to be rude, so I just left the drive-through line.

Had the worst experience here at this store today (3/19 @ 10:40). Went through the drive through and had to repeat my order 4 times. It was not during rush, I spoke clearly, and the place was dead. It's obvious the barista taking the order was not paying attention. Another barista then proceeded to yell at me when I started to get frustrated. I have never been treated this poorly at a Starbucks before. As a former Starbucks partner and a former employee at this particular store I was appalled and I will not be back again. Monica and the green hair girl need to take a course in customer service as they clearly have no idea what customer service is. It's hard to mess up 2 black coffees and 1 tea. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst customer service ever, super rude staff especially the older gal with maroonish brown hair. Plus 2nd time we ordered Bacon Gouda's there's no bacon which is a manufacture error as everything comes frozen and individually wrapped but still the over priced junk and rude customer service, we won't be back.
Great barista who makes fast drink during busy hours. The woman who made my drink did a fantastic job and I’m glad this Starbucks is inside when I shop at Safeway.
