The food was good as usual, but the lady who waited on us was exhausted and grumpy from having to pull a double shift. Plus, we came in particularly for the foot long chocolate chip cookie and she said they had been out since Tuesday!! This was Saturday! Apparently they need to order more! And get more help for the poor lady who waited on us!

Very rude young man making sandwiches, he seemed to angry about his own mistakes. I will not return to this location for sandwiches. Sandwiches were a mess just thrown together not acceptable, if you don't like your job then find a new one.

The subway took about a half hour to make two sandwiches through the drive-thru. Our sandwiches were supposed to be toasted, and they were not they were soggy and extremely messy with way too much sauce on them. Fyi after specifying what kind of sandwich you want they tell you to pull forward up to the window I then had to have traffic back up behind me because the speaker is on the corner of the building to tell them what vegetables you want. the woman working was all around rude and didn't really want to hear what I had to say even though I was very nice to her.

My husband and I have used this Subway for many years, always a nice place to enjoy our subs and the staff was courteous and welcoming. However, we went last evening (4-16-2023) and had the poorest experience ever. The guy working the counter never even said hello or made eye contact, he wasn't customer-friendly in the least. His sandwich making abilities were non-existent. We won't go back, I'm surprised at how poor the service and food was. Subway, this location has really dropped the ball, hope you can get it together.

Tried to go get a sandwich around 8pm the 28th. The store said it was open but I had to check online because one of the employees was warming up their 4Runner (while also on the phone) in the front spots, while the other associate was mopping. I walked inside and the associate just stared at me so I asked if they were open to which she just said “uhhhhhhhhhh”. After almost 15 seconds of “uhhhhh” I just decided to go somewhere else. Won’t be returning.
