Avoid ordering through door dash from this place on weekends. It's a 50/50 chance you will be able to receive your order. On the weekends the lobby or walk-in area is closed and the drive thru is too slow.

Lobby is closed on the weekends, was not able to do an online order because the system was down, and we had a horse trailer and was not able to go through the drive thru. Tried walking through the drive thru to order but was denied service from the manager on duty. We had absolutely no options to order food and were denied service.

Well when you order a taco you expect that it's not a vegetarian taco but they put the smell of meat on it and that's all you get making all the money but don't want to put any back wouldn't recommend

Location is closed at random hours every day. They don't update their hours on Google or the Taco Bell website. I placed an order through the app, was charged, and when I got there was told they closed an hour before hand. Do not go here. Go to Bend or Madras. Go to any number of other fast food places. Avoid this location like the plague.

Taco Bell didn't get all of my order correct, missing FOUR ITMES CALL AND WAS TOLD TO GO BACK THOUGH THE DRIVE UP WINDOW, THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE. WOW, THANKS I ALREADY PAID FOR MY ORDER.

I purchased 6 Hard tacos and everyone of the taco shells were stale,no longer fresh and not pleasant to eat. Musty and dry. Definitely past its best.

Foods fine but service is awful we waited 20 mins in line just for them to tell us we can’t pay with card. (No sign telling you before hand) then they gave us the wrong prices then what was advertised on the board we paid over $12 for 4 tacos when the board said it should be almost half that price. Please fire everyone and rehire a completely new staff team this is embarrassing
